Came here for dinner with my lawyer and we thought it was great. Having the option to taste a wider variety of different sushi is something we both really enjoyed. The robot waiter was a nice touch to make a unique experience even more fun.Food: 5/5
I didn't make a reservation and just went and waited for an hour and ate for an hour. It's okay, and the family also likes it. 6 people ate 50 plates a lot.Food: 4/5
I've been to the Brea and Cerritos locations dozens of times and always had exceptionally good experiences. Today I ordered from the Irvine location for pickup and had to wait on the curb for 53 minutes off hours. I saw dine-in customers come and go while I waited on my 2 items. What I got was pretty small and sloppy in the end. I really love Kura so this was a real bummer.
Average quality, nothing mind blowing. Most sushi was good, eel and scallops were amazing. I noticed that everything was fresher when you ordered instead of taking from belt. Sea urchin and tuna were very bad; Colors were already off when it arrived special ordered, and it tasted even worse. For the price, there are many superior choices.
A great place to try out different kinds of sushi. The food was good, no complaints. Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins outside since it's very popular and usually crowded! Parking: The Diamond Jamboree complex is very popular. Parking is very difficult to find during peak hours especially on weekends.
The fun and excitement of a revolving sushi bar, complete with prizes every 15 plates, good sushi, unique dishes, and robots that play songs and deliver you drinks! Definitely will go back, especially when I have a good group with me. Parking: When it's busy, it's never easy to find parking here, but people come and go often, so hunt for a spot! Also, don't forget about the parking structure!
We were in the area on Sunday after having tea with clients - unfortunately we were not able to pick the seats we wanted and figured out what it means if you're sitting in the very front of the restaurant. It means you're at the end of the belt and all the other patrons are able to pick their favorites and we were left with a lot of dessert options which we did not care for except for the sesame balls ordered them separately. Fried rice order is awesome though, we could keep eating them! TIP, go in early or wait until a place in the rear is available.
Delicious sushi items. Reasonable prices. You sit there and the sushi dishes go around and you can pick whatever you like. Also, you can order from a tablet at your seat. There are some robots bringing drinks to you. Interesting experience.Recommended dishesRoll, Great Sushi
This is the first time I revisit this place since pandemic. Food near still taste good as before. Using computer to order food is much more convenient. There's a robot bring water to the table. I think it's cool. Servers are very nice and polite. Noticed price has gone up since my last visit, 2 years ago. But I still enjoy the food. They're more variety of dishes added to the menu. I would definitely go back again in near future. Features: No mask required.
Love the shrimp tempura and the crispy rolls. Busy plaza! So many people were waiting outside the restaurant and if you don’t want to stand there, try to get in line online ahead.Recommended dishesFried Chicken
