You will not be disappointed here. All menu are great, and I can recommend all dishes. I have visited multiple times attached photos are combining all of my visit and every visit was worth.  Highly recommend yakitori, and the scallop is MUST try here. All menu and drink are highly recommendable.  Great service and servers are helpful.  High quality interior and lively environment. Absolutely phenomenal. Quite literally the best Japanese food I've ever had. My wife even said the truffle curry was her new favorite. Even if you've eaten at a million Japanese restaurants, this one: from the attentive staff, the staff call button, ambience, service, pricing, delicious food! is a must eat. 16/10 I could not recommend this place more highly. I was looking over the menu and accidentally knocked my soup spoon on the floor. I was so embarrassed and thought no one saw since we were sitting in the curtained booths. But to my surprise and embarrassment, the server immediately appeared with a new spoon as soon as I came back up from getting it off the floor   Parking: Only around 20-25 parking spaces in the lot attached to the establishment, but other nearby street parking is present

Really nice atmosphere and attentive staff. The seared wagyu beef sushi was absolutely worth it. The Salted Pollock Roe Cream Udon also had amazing flavor, just be mindful if anyone has any allergies that pork is in the dish, but not mentioned on the menu.  The staff was attentive and very hospitable, paired with a great atmosphere, it's a great place to celebrate or bring someone you care about. The booth also has a curtain that gives additional privacy so it was nice and cozy.  Dietary restrictions: The Salted Pollock Roe Cream Udon also has pork in the dish, but not mentioned on the menu.  Just be mindful for anyone with allergies or religious restrictions.

Was in the area and saw that this place was open late. The food was fantastic and prices were very reasonable. The truffle curry rice was one of the best I've ever had!Food: 5/5

Skip the traffic and head over to Izakaya Kumade is a contemporary Japanese and Korean inspired cuisine right by Fort Lee in Palisades Park. Great place to eat and drink while relaxing in beautiful booths with privacy. This true fusion restaurant has an extensive menu for you to choose from. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Their izakaya is freshly grilled with the perfect amount of flavor with each bite. This is the place for an excuse to leave the city and come to Jersey for a fun and delightful experience. Late night spot open until 1am! Wanted to do something after Thanksgiving dinner since almost everything was closed & we came here. You are seated in private booths with curtains. The staff was fast & friendly and promptly greeted us. After some green tea and saki we orded a few sushi items and apps. The spicy mayo was exceptional and unique. I would recommend coming, as the atmosphere is clean, warm & inviting. My only con is the green tea was served in tall plastic water containers which anyone knows when plastic is heated it is very unpleasant to drink out of. For the price and ambiance I suggest getting green tea   glass tea pots to properly serve the tea. Pictured here is the spicy tuna roll & dragon roll as well as seafood salad.

Wonderful and amazing! The dining experience is private and intimate. Beautifully decorated In a gorgeous building. The plates are plentiful and extravagant and everything tastes amazing!!! To top it all off the service was really top notch. With every plate you could taste the freshness and each item is seasoned to perfection. I really enjoyed everything about this visit and i  can't wait to come back!
