Kung Fu Tea

We have ordered from here a few times. Ordering from the app is simple and the service was very quick. If you have a big order they package it nicely in a bag to carry. They have gotten our orders correct every time. This past time I made a mistake and they were so kind to take care of everything for me. Great options for kids as well that are caffeine-free and you can even reduce the sugar.

This is just a trash thai milk tea. Never had such thai milk tea this has a strong taste and the color is not like actual thai milk tea. How come they are serving tasteless tea calling it thai milk tea.

We ordered mocha bubble tea and guava punch with mango popping bubbles. Loved both of them. Guava one is very refreshing with mango popping bubbles adding cherry on top while Mocha is very soothing.

Terrible experience. Whoever owns this franchise needs to hire competent adults to run this place, vs. the 3 teenagers staffing it today. Super slow service an eternity to get the order, and they got the order ALL wrong. A large mango smoothie came medium; my kid's matcha milk teas somehow became mocha. So full of caffeine they could not tolerate, so we had to trash them. My thai tea didn't look nor taste like a thai milk tea I am used to. It was gross. We did not have any confidence asking for them to remake them, so we just left. Will definitely not return.

Went in for a drink, and I didn't know what I wanted. The gentleman at the front was very helpful and made a couple of suggestions, one of which I went with. He made me a strawberry tea, which tasted excellent. Great customer serviceFood: 4/5

The bubbles were not boiled enough! It felt like me and my family were biting into rocks. Considering how popular bubble tea is nowadays, I would assume Kung Fu Tea would know how to cook their bubbles properly.

Ordered with no ice. Made with ice as you can see the arrow pointing to. Why is it an option on the website to order no ice if you require drinks have ice? Cold triggers my migraines and I cannot have ice drinks. And then if I wait for it to melt it's gross and watered down. So, thanks for wasting my $7. Didn't even drink it.

I'm sad they don't have a mango milk tea flavor and overall the flavor choices are limited but with that being said I had the coconut milk tea with aloe jelly and it was amazing! Really flavourful and a great size for tbe large. I will certainly come back to try it again

Visited kung fu tea centreville today and placed 5 orders. Out of the 5 orders they got 3 right. My order which was coffee milk tea with coffee jelly looked like coffe milk tea with a gigantic lump of something as shown in picture. Requested a refund and the managers response was that this is suppose to look like that! and was not willing to refund. No exchange was even offered. First of all, you seal the top of the cup on this drink and offer a large straw to eat the jelly/bubbles/etc. Second, I've looked at numerous pictures on your website and online and none shows a large lump of jelly like this. If you can show me a picture from your menu or website which shows this lump, I'll be more than happy to revise my review. Finally, if a customer is not happy about an order because of the numerous mistakes on your part.. the least you can do is either refund or offer to replace the items that were incorrectly placed. You did neither one! If this is truly what this is suppose to look like, put up a picture on your menu so people are not suprised by this sad looking lump of what ever this is.
