Nice small shoe boutique.. comfortable shoes.. prices are high, but if you're on your feet all day, it's worth it... This is the most expensive shoes I've ever bought for myself, but it was for work and I'm not regretting this purchase..

I love this company! The shoes are amazing and enable me to be active with my painful feet AND their customer service is extraordinary! I’ve bought many shoes for myself and even have my husband hooked too.

These shoes are well made and very comfortable for me. So I ordered a pair for an elderly friend, but they didn't work for her, so I had to return unfortunately. I spoke with Shelly through KURU costumer service, because i had returned them through FedEx, but hadn't received any emails, or any updates, but Shelly was very helpful in explaining that it was possible delay on FedEx and put in a claim. She was absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and took care of the issue and said I would be refunded. Great customer service, Thank you Shelly!!

Wow, I LOVE my new Draft slippers! They are like the Bentley or Rolls Royce of slippers. I can't wait to get home to slip into them. I will absolutely be purchasing shoes for work and the hiking boots as well. The best comfort and support. I am confident that my foot and heel pain will be long gone and possibly hip and back pain as well lessened if not gone! Thank you for a quality product. I LOVE THEM!!

An excellent product, well worth the price. They've been great for my knees and they're extremely well made. My first pair lasted forever, and I'm usually very hard on my shoes. Their customer service is quite good shoutout to James for taking care of me. I have had some trouble with the website lately, so make sure that the correct size gets added to your cart when checking out.

I had a complication with my shoe purchase through no fault of Kuru related to an exchange. I dealt with two people, Brae and James. I can’t say enough about how good the customer service was from both of them. They made it a mission to honor my request. They stayed on top of things and eventually resolved the problem with the exchange. They couldn’t have been more courteous, professional and accommodating. They genuinely seem to care about their customers. Oh, and did I say the shoe I ordered is great?

I love these shoes. With them, I can walk as far as I want with no foot or back pain! They make a huge difference for my quality of life. My last order was taking longer than expected, so I reached out via text and Seth was able to set everything back on track. I got my new boots 4 days later

Great shoes and effective support. Was ordering my third pair of the Atom shoe during a Black Friday clearance shoe sale and the website wasn't showing the discount. Called the 800 number and Shelly brought up my account, got the order taken in a few moments and I was all set. Kuru makes the best "wear all day" footwear I have ever experienced.

Shelly was diligent, capable, and customer oriented. She did attend to the transaction with alacrity. It is so refreshing to be able to converse with a high-quality individual instead of an electronic recording. One phone call with Shelly did solve the issue completely. KURU is a great company with great associates and wonderful shoes.

I have been wearing Kuru’s for almost a year now. I went to order a new pair on sale but the confirmation I received was for the wrong size. I contacted Christian in customer service and she was able to successfully cancel my order and enter a new one for the proper size while I was on the phone. These are fantastic shoes and I received fantastic customer support.
