Excellent workout at an unbeatable price!!
This is a fun and energetic class, designed for all ages (16-above) and skill level. The class is an hour long and consists of 12 rounds on a punching bag, and an alternation of 6 work rounds and 6 rest rounds, with jump rope and stretching to top it off. Its designed to be an excellent cardio workout, but is still at your own pace. At only $5 a class, its a great deal for a great workout.
