Kwik Trip

Hastings Kwik trip has small town charm and the best gas prices in the state. People come from all around for the cheap gas. I also love that Kwik trip has free air for filling my tires. Across the street is the historic LeDuc mansion. Next door is the Hastings Dairy Store.

I'd give a zero if I could. Asst. Store Leader Justin is rude, dismissive, and very unhelpful. A new employee was having difficulty with the card reader and he was totally unresponsive to her request for help or the customer. Really a poor excuse for a leader or customer service person. Kwik Trip should be ashamed.

Kwik Trips seem to have about everything these days.. Check out their groc items.. Pretty good variety of things.. We get pork chops and ground chuck.. The ice cream is a great dessert.. Not to bad on the prices either..

Was quick in to get milk and butter as deal on butter but was out. Someone else there was there for deal on butter and they asked. With luck was able to get deal on butter.

Friendly staff, great variety of products available. My personal fave... the pumpkin bars!

my husband and I just left this KWIK TRIP, its about 9 pm and there was an issue with the pump- and I don’t think the cashier quite understood him he is Hispanic and has a deep accent. I went into the store after the third time of this lady just being rude and obnoxious to my husband. I didn’t introduce myself or say anything and I heard her say to another customer”if he knew English then we wouldn’t have this problem” The real problem was is that she didn’t put the money on the right pump- she did not apologize to him at all. Unfortunately this is what’s wrong with our society nowadays- pure racism in every form. I know not everybody has a loose mouth but she did - very unpleasant experience for him!

I always gave great service here and the food is always hot and a great selection.

Went to get gas supposed to be $22.05. I get inside and the lady says I have no gas to pay for it at that moment I felt like walking out and getting free gas, but instead I took a picture of the pump and went inside so they could see it was $22.05, apparently the other attendant at the cash register decided he was going to let another customer pay for my gas. and I was supposed to pay for that other man's gas who does that don't you ask what pump your on I was on pump # 22 NOT pump #25. After, this happened I went back on the 25th at 1:40pm. Brought my receipt back to the manager. She was very helpful, explained that I did get a discount off my bill. But I didn't see that. Then while I was explaining everything, with the way I was treated and the whole overall experience. She decided to pick up my bill for my wife's vehicle. At that point I just almost started to cry. And she says,"Merry Christmas." She's using this bad customer service for training purposes. Because I or anyone else shouldn't be treated this way.

Always love going to Kwik Trip. They have delicious bakery goods. Great promotions throughout the year on eggs or butter. And the take-home meals are great!

This is my go to place in Hastings, MN. The employees have always been very courteous and helpful. We love the availability of bananas, oranges, and apples in a convenience store. The car wash is also great! If you need a whole pizza heated up, no problem! We love this Kw8k Trip #249!
