Food was gross got a mash potato chicken and gravy bowl but only got a little chicken and tons of gravy there was no mash potatoes to be seen! missed my whole lunch to return it, just for them to say sorry mistakes happen and we usually portion them very well
My visits are usually top tier, but oddly, when I recently patronized this location as a secret shopper, the customer service was extremely sub par. Aside from that, the place is always clean and organized. I won’t chew them out in this review, as I have said all that was necessary in my secret shopper review already. At any rate, it’s a decent gas station to go to if you’re ever close by or live/work in the area.
Easy access / use to tire air filling and conveniently located on my route to work . They also have a car wash here .
Edit: the store has done a complete turn around since the previous review. The manager and store were immediately receptive. Even through road construction blocking major roads, the place is always welcoming and accommodating. Now one of the best gas stations around Always out of food, no matter the time of day. Multiple occasions the store was out of the basics like bread. The hot food section has been nearly empty everytime I visit. This is very strange especially at lunchtime. I have never had this kind of issue with other locations.
It's always a pleasure visiting this Kwik Trip. I missed coming here during the construction. I've started coming again, and I love the new set up. This store is always so clean and they always have what I need. The service is always excellent. I visited early this morning, and I had such an excellent experience being waited on by Jazzy. She was so full of energy and made it such a nice experience. It's so nice to visit a business that always gets it right. Great job Kwik Trip!
I’m here at 7:38 AM on Tuesday and all coffee machines are empty.
This place wasn’t a top of the line Kwik Trip. No hot food at all and was slim pickens for other stuff to eat. Must have been a bad weekend for them
Great establishment but they always running out off hot food, trying to figure out pump at the cash register is headache
Was hoping to find leaded ethenol free gas for my toys. No luck
This is a decent gas station. The store is kept clean and the workers are courteous. For those with a long road ahead, they have a good variety of snacks and various types of coffee to energize your day.
