The girl at the cash register Brooke had a very very very very nasty attitude. I live around the area and never had a problem. I know the staff very well and she was not friendly at all. I don’t know what her issue was with me asking question and being undecisive. someone should really teach her customer service and friendliness
“David” it’s a female who works the night shift is always so great! She’s so nice and bubbly. She’s a great addition to this location. Love coming here!!! Great work!! And they always have hot food for those who stay up late and need a quick snack.
It's a smaller, older store but great people work here, particular the gal who serves samples in the afternoon. She's awesome!
The sausage and pepperoni burrito I bought turned out to be a sausage breakfast one and was mislabeled.
They had a nice selection of quick hot food, their pizza hit the spot. I usually shop Kwik Trips for milk because their prices are great. Employees were friendly and fast. There was plenty of parking available when I stopped in the afternoon on a Monday.
Great service during weekday afternoons. Came in to get gas and a pop; store was unusually busy with a pretty long line for checkout. But the 3 cashiers got the line moving pretty well; I was impressed by how quickly the workers moved from other tasks to come over to help check customers out. Plus, they gave me 10 cents per gallon off on my gas for the extra wait. No questions asked. Nice! Try getting that at any other convenience store in the area; good luck! Kwik Trip is the best C-Store chain in the Twin Cities, hands down.
Updated- Service is still great!! The employees at all the Quick Trips are so polite without being over patronizing like some other stores. I'd give them a five star if they came out and filled my gas and washed my windshield. Im making them my number one fuel spot.
Staff at my local Kwik Trip are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I like how they always say "We'll see you next time!" with a smile on their faces.
Always professional and friendly customer service, store is kept clean and always great food and drinks. See you next time!
Terrell I hope I spelled this right made my night I came for two things and another worker made me feel really weird but he made me feel ok even thou she made me feel uncomfortable
