I was very nervous about my appointment today but Edith understood and chatted with me about my concern and truly helped alleviate my nervousness. Dr Kwon was so kind and caring and explained what he was doing during the procedure. He was so gentle and I didn’t even realize he had extracted the tooth. Edith was correct— the worst part was the shot to numb the area. Thank you Dr Kwon and staff. I appreciate you.
I had excellent treatment regarding a gum abscess from Doctor Kwon and his assistant Olivia. They helped support my bottom front teeth with a retainer versus gum surgery. Elizabeth is a very efficient front desk receptionist also with transferring records to the Periodontist. Thank you!

After 25 yrs of neglecting my dental health, i needed substantial help! Not knowing where to start …I read Dr Kwons web site, and it was the answer to my prayers. From the minute I stepped in the door I felt I felt comfortable. We had a great consultation and came up with a plan to restore my smile and dental health. Every person on their staff is friendly, caring, professional , and very good at what they do! Incase you can’t tell I’m over the moon excited about my fabulous new smile, and great dental health! I'm not sure how one breaks down a dentist in a review, but I m gunna to try . 1. When the name includes "Family," It certainly in this case means something that I'm not sure very many understand what Family means to most of us country folk. Lol. Doctor Kwan , along with everyone I have interacted with. Will be on my extended FAMILY list for sure. 2. Skill set of all the folks I have met has been very specific, each giving an understanding of what is happening. Step by step. There was not one sense of judgment from anyone there for the neglect I was bringing to the dental chair. 3. Dr. Kwan is clearly in the lead in his working family, and all of his Employees/Co workers support his vision and have a clear understanding of who they are and their love for this community. 4. I am only 2 days recovering from a scheduled 3-4 hour procedure. My Mouth :- and its neglected years turned into a 5 hour day. I'm not joking when I say He was not more than 2 or 3 feet from my side the entire time. Along with Edith, my personal guide from the waiting room to the exam and procedure room and back to.the scheduling desk. Where I was greated with a mile and compassion for what i had just bern through..Together they removed 25 teeth from my face.. lol. Some really stubborn.. Mr. Kwan has the steadiness hands I have ever seen . I was not sedated , I doubted this was possible from the start, but I trusted the process, and it was hard. , I'm not gonna lie , but it was so much better than not being present. And no waking from being under ANY WAY .. I HAVE temp teeth as promised. I am waiting for some healing so I can continue our strategy to have implants as a final step. I have been outside working around the yard. Learning to speak and smile.again. Thank you for changing my negative opinion of dental work. I one hundred percent ..put these folks. In the communication and service hall of fame... see u all soon.

Had an emergency dental issue on a Saturday 4 broken off teeth and he got to me right away! Extremely professional and understanding! Excellent service!
I've had a deep cleaning before, at a different dentist office, where it was painful while they were doing it and my mouth was sore afterwards. Shawn was the hygienist that did the cleaning on my teeth and hardly felt a thing during or after. Thanks Shawn for your work! Great office and staff.
