This is our third car we have leased through Honda Universe. Danny is the best out there. He gets the deal done w the customer in mind and I would never go anywhere else. From the beginning of picking out the vehicle, to the financial part down to the customer service everyone is a pleasure to work with. If you want an easy car buying or leasing scenario this is the place to go to. No waiting around for hours and playing games. Customers come first always and I will never go anywhere else. Thanks for making the whole experience positive!
Sold me a 2019 Ram that never had a safety check performed before they sold it, the tires were and wheels were to big for the vehicle, hit the fenders when going over a bump or turning into a parking spot, almost causes a accident, vehicle had a leaking windshield that poured through the headliner, and dealership kept lying and saying that they would correct the issues, had me waste 5 days of back and forth and they kept up the lying and excuses so I returned the vehicle back to them, and they listed the same vehicle back for sale 1 day after I returned it , same condition, same wheels and tires, so they are going to kill the next person who buys it because all they care about is the sale, not doing the correct thing and taking the customer and their families safety into account. Do not buy any used vehicle from this place, they do not properly check their used cars, just an oil change then it goes for sale, who cares if it doesn't pass a required safety check. They are nothing but inexperienced salesmen and technicians who know nothing about cars, very sad. Do not buy this truck if you value your lofe.
Shout out to Ray Mundo, he assisted me in the purchasing of my new car taking care of all my necessities and requests, all this staying below the budget i told him. I went to another honda dealership before the same day and they offered me less money for my trade in, a higher payment than what Ray got me and it was for the base model! Ray was able to get me the fully loaded model for less money! He was very patient showing me all the different cars I asked him, comparing colora and features. then I was waiting for my bank and my insurance and that took a while and he stayed there to complete the process and made everything possible for me to drive my new car home the same day. He‘s also bilingual in Spanish by the way. I’m so happy with my new car, thank you Ray!
So where do I start? My friend recommended this dealership and a specific salesman his name is Stephen Delpizzo said don’t go anywhere else just see him. I wanted to get myself out of a 2015 Mazda 3 with 225k miles and into something new. We had some serious obstacles to get past over Memorial Day weekend working together to get me a car. And a couple days go by no matter how frustrated I got and waiting for that phone call, 2 days after the Holiday Steve called me to congratulate me on the vehicle I wanted was approved and I could come on down to pick up my brand new 2023 Honda Accord Sport L in red. I’ve worked with a lot of sales people over the years, a lot of broken promises or deals that were just bad from the start. Steve never broke his cool he stayed positive kept me up to date when he could, and got me into a car I always wanted. If there is anyone I would recommend to go see at this Honda Dealership it’s Steve you can’t miss him he has 10/10 mustache. Thank you again Honda Universe you have another satisfied customer and I’m sure I’ll be back for another !
I was given a test drive and quote and I told them I would decide in a day or two. So the very next morning I called thesalesman to arrange the details for my purchase of the car. I got his cellphone voice-mail at 9:00 AM. At 12: PM I called the the dealership and asked for Brian the sales manager and got put through to his voice-mail. So neither one of these sales professionals and I use the term loosely have ever called me to finalize my purchase of the car for which I have the check in hand to pay cash. So I will go to a other dealership today where hopefully they will be more professional. I am editing this review as several days later I was contacted by Nick Salerno,a manager at Honda Universe. The result was that Nick and I agreed upon a price for the vehicle and I purchased it. Nick was a pleasure to work with and I recommend Honda Universe for your next purchase.
If you are looking to buy a car look no further and go to Yvette Rivera Coates! She is hands down the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with and my first experience with her was 4 yrs ago and because of her Honda Universe got me back as a repeat customer. I have been going through a life altering situation and she was so kind and compassionate with me and went so out of her way and helped me through the whole process of trading in two cars and buying a new one. I will be forever grateful to her.

I bought a brand new 2022 Honda Accord from here. It was my first new car purchase. Firstly you will get priced gouging here. There are a Honda Dealership every 20 miles. After getting a 40k 5k over value car I noticed the whole car had scratches on it. They told me they were “detailing “ the car a day before picking it up. A day later I noticed all these scratches all over the car. I posted pictures of what I could capture with my phone camera. Please don’t go here and take your money somewhere else. The pictures I could take of the issues does not represent the whole car. It is way worse in person. The whole car has fine long scratches like someone took a dirty cloth with sand and rubbed it. I have been driving back and forth trying to get it fixed for over a month. Non of the paint was fixed , the black pillars were replaced but not all of them at first. They acknowledge that after a month the paint was not corrected throughout the car and said ‍ Please if you want a good experience and want a new car not to come scratched. Don’t go here, they asked me why I didn’t notice the scratches when picking the car up at first, because when you buy a new car you are not expecting it ti be messed up. Honda didn’t fix the problem either, and the dealership is scum. I compared it with the exact paint in their lot and non of the scratches were there. I gave them over a month and now I accepted the loss. I drive here and back hours and hours.
Had a terrible experience at Honda Universe today. Went in to talk about trading in my lease early since I had received an offer and after going back and forth for almost a week on the phone with a salesman named Nick. Went in and had a great experience with someone who got me exactly what I wanted, Nick comes over and proceeds to tell me that the person helping me wasn't authorized to give me that deal. After going a back & forth a little bit, we couldn't agree and I walked out. Just a super unprofessional, bait and switch service. I do not plan on returning to Honda Universe after this experience.
