L.A. Vapor

First time in there was today and I'm very happy with my visit. They have the perfect balance of pod style, coil style, mods etc. I prefer coil style mouth to lung and they have it. Overall great experience and I will be going there from now on for my device needs. Prices are basically unbeatable BTW.

Easy parking. The guy working should have gotten his name was very polite and clearly knowledgeable. I'm not exactly new to the vaping, but he was a big help in finding some delicious flavors. This shop seems to focus on juices, as they have an entire wall filled with flavors, but it looks like they have hardware as well if that's what you need. Overall a great shopping experience.

I'm sooooo happy I found this place! Customer service is OUTSTANDING! I'm new to vaping and they have been so helpful explaining things, going out of their way to help me out. I found vape juice at another place that I really liked before I found L.A. Vapor they dont normally carry it but their ordering it for me and its cheaper then where I originally bought it from! I wont go anywhere else from now on - I promise I'll be a loyal customer from now on!!!!

New to vaping. Went in with a ton of questions about entry level vapes and juices and the woman there i forgot to get her name was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Completely satisfied with the vaporizer she guided me towards and am looking forward to trying new flavors from this store. Thank you!

This store specialises in premium juices. Super friendly, comfortable and very informative. They treated me kindly despite my countless questions. Caters to all walks of life. They are in process from going from those tiny tanks to normal sized tanks for juice sampling. This gives you a better idea of what you are vaping.

My first experience buying a Vape was at LA Vapor. I came in knowing nothing and really needed someone to guide me along purchasing my first ‘mod’. The lady that was helping me was very resourceful and pointed me in the right direction. She answered all of my questions and I ended up getting the AL85. I have since visited several ‘Vape Shops’ and at every single one of them I encountered a rude, I’m too cool for you type of employee. LA Vapor actually treated me like a person and thats why they get 5 stars.

I have gone in a twice for smaller items. Both times I went in the same woman was there, and I was given attitude for asking simple questions both times. Take your money elsewhere to one of the 10 other shops nearby. Thank god Euphoria vapor is opening next to my house. The owner needs to take note of all of the reviews stating how rude the heavier lady is. You will fail with her working there 100%.

Excellent selection of juice. Unfortunately, I had the experience of buying the Reuleaux rx200 here on December 27th 2015 with a gift card I received for Christmas. Even though it was high priced compared to online $30 more I love helping out local businesses. Fast forward to 1/15/16, the Reuleaux began to read atomizer short although it wasn't dropped, etc. Take the device back to LA vapor with receipt. Clerk checked out the device and then said he couldn't do anything else. I was asked if I could come back the next day so I could speak to "Marge," the owner, about an exchange. Figured you would receive a little bit more help than this. Pretty disappointing to me that when I walked into the shop with an issue that the only person that could resolve this was not available. Decent place to buy juice but if you want excellent customer service on mods, tanks, etc. I would truly suggest you take your money elsewhere.

This place is wonderful. Perfect for the new to vapor beginner. The staff is knowledgeable and are happy to answer questions. They want out of their way to help me make choices for a device that was perfect for me and suited my needs. They were patient and accommodating. They are now my regular vapor store. They are located in a convient part of the City's of ParmaParma, Parma Heights, Brooklyn and really close to Tri-C West.

I previously wrote a not favorable review which I do not see posted. I did discover that the amount of my e Cig was correct. I will stop by as it is not processing the oil as it should be. The woman who helped me was extremely nice and helpful; however, her brother who was filling in for her when returned was short and curt with me and don't forget to treat the CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT AND POLITENESS ALWAYS!
