Worst customer service ever!!!! The guy bald guy rep bjm in the front had an attitude problem from the beginning. I tried to be nice but I let him know If you don’t enjoy your work QUIT!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. And my family owns a contracting company definitely going to let them know about this company. Remember we are in a pandemic right now you need to keep all the customers you can!!!!!!

If I could give less than one star I definitely would. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! Terrible customer service. At that time some contractor friends told me "don't even go to that place, everyone is already going to c*** m***, in that place they don't even help you." Now I understand why they want that comment. The man who served us is rude, poorly educated, and arrogant. He is a worker in front who collects and helps customers. I think they should move him to some place where people do not have contact with him because with a worker like that people will prefer another place. I didn't even take the time to ask for his name because he is a disgusting person who is not pleasant to talk to. This man disarmed himself trying to speak English. But why disarm yourself by inventing words that don't even exist in the English dictionary if I'm communicating in Spanish. And BE CAREFUL, there is nothing wrong with not knowing how to speak English, what is wrong is that you feel superior and are arrogant and you don't even understand what you say. Only "washa mattar whats can i said, washawashawashaa" is understood. Not even being rude is understandable. If you don't like your job, just quit and get something else. I can't tell him to go back to school because education is learned at home and that man is what he lacks. Better go somewhere else.
