There are 2 storey store. The store is nice and clean. It's well organized. I like their decorations. Their clothes are good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful

Five stars is because of the service I walked in after making a phone call for a product it was waiting for me at the counter as the CSR said it would bethe phone call was amazing the check out customer service was amazing first time ever visiting this place if I need to come back definitely coming here just because.

The only store in Maryland located in Bethesda. People works in this store are nice. They were treat you super good and they appreciated you as a customer. Thank you and definitely coming back again.

I have 37 inch sleeves. It's nice to get quality that fits. I appreciate the sale items, too.

Obbiously not quite as big as the Tysons location was so I'm missing out on a lot of products trying to shop LL Bean in the DMV area. There selection is good but it's really only viable as a clothing store. Which is fine if they don't mind their business going to REI next door I guess. Employees are amazing though!

Great service and selection. They even took my gift certificate my mom gave me from 2005. That's right almost 15 years later they still honored a gift certificate. And now I have a nice new raincoat. Thank you LL Bean.

Very dear store to my heart . Used to be my mom's favorite place to purchase so much stuff for Autumn and Winter .

I just received the therapeutic dog bed I ordered. It is nice however I was not able to properly stuff the bolsters. I have small hands but not small enough to do what was needed for this task. I suggest that the price of this bed should cover installation of the bolsters. Great product poorly delivered.

Only LL Bean store in MD, I think. Was not disappointed. Big store with lots of great styles and sizes. A little pricey, but everything is of really great quality and oh so comfy.
