L.L.Bean Skokie, Il Retail Store (Old Orchard)

The kindest employee named George in the shoe department helped me find the perfect pair of shoes yesterday! He spent so much time grabbing me different sizes and listening to my needs, so grateful for him. Can't recommend L.L. Bean shoes enough!

My wife loves this place and is slowly turning me into a convert. Every time we come here we find something we didn't know we needed. This store has an amazing ability to convince us that we need another pair of $40 socks almost every visit. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Never a bad experience. Worth the money. Worth the trip.

Great selection. high levels of inventory which is great for nonstandard sizes. Helpful but not hovering assistance near dressing rooms.

Such friendly customer service. Stopped in for a first bookbag for my kiddo. The staff was kind and patient, offered to check inventory in the back even knowing all inventory was on the floor. Since I was indecisive on style and size, he looked into dimensions and offered to check product availability online to too. It was kind and thoughtful. The store was also well organized and clean.

Skokie store is awesome! Every time I walk in there's someone greeting me and asking if they can help me find what I'm looking for. The ONLY complaint I have is that the medium tall inseam length is not available in the plus siz jeans. The double L jeans are the only jeans I buy. The fit and durability are simply unmatched. But, it looks like I'm wearing "floods". The only improvement I can think of would be to offer all inseam lengths petite, regular, medium tall and tall for all sizes petite, regularandplus size. Thanks

Always a great shopping experience! They have all the latest styles in outdoor clothing and gear. Their prices can't be beat. The sales staff is extremely helpful and always willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Highly recommend!

We went because they were having a sale. They actually had a sizable amount of inventory but we didn’t find anything that we needed. The staff seemed helpful but there didn’t seem to be many of them.

They advertised that there was 50% off the entire store. But that was not the case. It was upto 50% off on certain items and not on what I was looking for or actually wanted. But prices are competitive to other sporting stores I guess. I also wish they sold short/petite for those of use who are 5'4 and below. Couldn't find any.

This store is so well managed. Inventory is placed, signs are current, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Well done to your team!
