I had the vaca frita with moros and maduros which is one of my favorite plates.  It was exceptional here, and the portion was huge.  We also ordered a couple of orders of croquettes and they were phenomenal.  The best I have had in the area.  Service here is great and they get you in and out which is perfect for a quick but filling lunch.  Have been several times and this visit won't be my last!

We had a great time!!! The service was fast and professional, the food was wonderful, plenty of tables available and the same for parking spaces. Price is competitive. Definitely recommended.Food: 5/5

La Carreta definitely is one of my favorite restaurants.. you never get wrong in any location... Yesterday was my first time in their Miramar Restaurant... Super delicious cuban food.... I really highly recommend them....Food: 5/5

I've been to just about all the  Carreta restaurants, this is pretty good, nice atmosphere ample, clean well decorated. Good was great, calamari didn't look good but they were amazing and the yuca frita also. I ordered fish with shrimp, very good, my friend arroz con puerco also delicious,  serve didn't know menu well but provided good service and options. Prices are good, el go back

Service was amazing the food had such great taste and the coffee was the best ever!  This will be a memory of a lifetime.

We had dinner with family and as usual the food was good, specially one of our family favorites, the plantain soup, and we had a great time. Solanyi our waitress was very cordial and her service was awesome.Food: 4/5

It's around the block from Home2 Hotel.  Had an early dinner and we had chicharon de pollo with rice @ tostones.  We also had pork chops 2 with rice and tostones.  The portions were good, taste and the price was really affordable.  Our service was great and I am coming back in the morning for cafe and breakfast.Food: 5/5

The shrimp were great, the rice was fine but the platains........ really? Thats not even  one plantain u literally took half a plantain  cut it into 3 pieces and called it a side. I get it hard times but really? Might as well just remove the plantain sides if ur gonna be so cheapFood: 2/5

Portions used to be fantastic, now they’re shrinking by the day, alongside quality. That’s one of the wonderful things about Cuban food plates - how much food you get. This is so disappointing, especially since I’d travel out of my way to come here. There’s PLENTY of other options out there that aren’t pulling this same shrinkflation nonsense. Maybe this isn’t applicable for when you eat in, but taking food out… it feels like they’re really giving you as little as possible in comparison to even months ago. Bring back the quality and amount of food!!!
