Food was delicious, I had the fish ceviche and my mom had the fried fish tacos. The tortilla chips and salsa are also delicious. My mom and I had the jalapeno cucumber margarita. It was good too. The place smells like leather which didn't bother me. Very nicely decorated and clean. Pretty decent size. Restroom available. Good customer service. Food prices are average to other restaurants with the exception of the Xtra 20% service charge. Each margarita was $15! Large menu good options.
It was a great, tasteful experience. We were seated right away and greeted by our waitress very soon after being seated. The chips were warm and the salsa was tasty and not too spicy. We enjoyed our food. I had the El Jefe burrito which is large enough to feed 3 people.Food: 5/5
This is the first time we’ve eaten here. We both had steak fajitas, which were very good but they were a little shy on steak. We also ordered two of their House Margaritas. They were so-so and served in water glasses, which was strange. They gave us three flour tortillas each with our fajitas. The tortillas were very small and I don’t know how they expected you to only need three of them. We asked for three more and surprisingly there was a charge of $2 for the additional tortillas. We have eaten at many Mexican restaurants over the years and we can’t recall one time that we were charged for the extra tortillas. They have a mandatory 20% service fee tacked on to the bill. You are not given the option of whether and how much to tip, no matter how good or bad the service. Supposedly, 60% of that service fee goes to the server. There was also a sign at the entrance that asks you to limit your visit to 75 minutes or less, but it took at least 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The sign is kind of off putting and uninviting.
Great food and service was great, super friendly. Margaritas are the best! I had a chimichanga that was almost as big as my forearm. Love this place!Food: 5/5
The place itself was nice and well decorated. My family and I have have been to this specific location twice and we enjoyed it. The food was great and had no complaints about the taste or portion. The drinks were merely okay, I did not care for the Michelada or the Margarita on the rocks. I did try a Modelo on tap and we all know we can’t go wrong with that. They do charge a 20% gratuity fee and taxes on top of your bill. So, if our bill was about $72, with all the extra fees it actually came out to about $95 and this is not including tip. The service itself from waiter/waitress was not too great. I do not feel they were that attentive and forgot things when we ordered. However, there were more pros than cons, so that is why I rate this restaurant 5/5.
Great food and service. Tableside Guacamole was excellent. Restaurant is noisy, making it difficult to hear with a large party.Food: 5/5
We were leaving winery and wanted dinner b4 the 1 1/2 ride back to L.A. and found this restaurant. The food is authentically excellent. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is perfectly excellent. Can't wait to go back!Food: 5/5
20% tax added to bills. They should put a sign on the door when you walk in. I had amazing service and very good food. When I got the bill paid with card and set cash aside for the waiter. Always tip in cash when I can more for the servers When he handed it back I handed him $30 cash tip. Latter realizing 20% was all ready taken out. He was very great full for the cash and know I know why. I did not ask for it back but it’s a learning lesson. I definitely felt taken advantage of. I could not go ask him to give me the money back very awkward but he could have told me.
Stopped by for dinner. Food was good service was ok but they were busy.Food: 4/5
Been here a few times, the one off Clinton Keith in Wildomar is way better. Everybody kind of does their own thing, five different bartenders resulting in a way lack of service nobody pays attention. Took me 10 minutes just to get my check and pay not to mention ordering and everything in between. Crappiest thing is you don't have the option to tip what you feel is relevant they just take 20% as a service fee no matter the service. Two thumbs down
