I recently went to this location to get assistance with services of forwarding my address. I had temporarily used another address between moving for one home to another and in an effort to not lose any mail, i had the mail routed to my parents home. As I came in to resolve the issue I met Jeffery. If you were to look up bad customer service, his face would be the poster board for it. Not only was he rude and unhelpful to me but to other staff and customers. A man asking for help with a first class item he waved off literally along with the staff person helping, without acknowledging the customers question of if he was allowed to send the large item first class saying “just leave it”. I should have known then that I was not going to receive level of good customer service. When asked for a supervisor, she was not available to help. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I hope Jefferey learns that kindness can go a long way and that condescending behavior is never the way to go especially when you are in the customer service business. All I can say is, do better.
Several times now I have heard the three newer female employees making fun of customers and speaking disrespectfully about people after they leave. I have heard them while I was standing in line as well as while I was wrapping a package over at one of the back tables. This location has gone extremely down hill over the last 1-2 years.
Always a pleasant experience when I come here. I really enjoy the amazing customer service and the quick delivery they provide here.
It was pretty empty when I went, no lines. Very clean organized quiet. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful to notice that I needed a bigger priority box than was available on the floor. Saved me $23! Can’t thank them enough. Noticed that us post offices get a bad rap from most reviews. Don’t believe everything you read I guess, this place is just dandy.
I receive outstanding service by those young pretty ladies they went extra miles to help me and send my packages. We need more people like them in this world. Thank you so much girls
They delivered my package to a wrong address even though the right address was written on the package!! The business sent me a replacement and USPS delivered to the same incorrect address. I’ve been trying to contact USPS customer service with absolutely no luck, so they wouldn’t misdeliver the replacement, and I called 14 Times to this post office to have no reply at all, do people even work here?
Everyone is always so friendly, professional and quick to help the next person. I rarely stand in line so if you see a long line rest assured the line moves along quickly. Also, the Dutch door for getting your larger packages sent to your PO BOX is great! They are quick to help you and always keep their eyes peeled for the long light blue notification slip they place in your PO BOX when an item doesn’t fit. It’s nice to be able to walk up to the Dutch door just for that purpose and not have to wait in the regular line. I have been using this Post Office for going on 19 years and I have no complaints. Also, they are super helpful renewing your passports as needed.
Always found the staff to go above and beyond. They’re friendly and efficient. I go a couple of times a month to mail US and international packages. They make sure everything is secure and have offered me more cost effective options than I had thought of myself. Sometimes I need to bring my 4 boys all under 8 & the staff happily welcome them even when they’re letting off steam . I go out of my way to use this branch because I always leave happy.
Extremely rude service. Appalling! And every customer thereafter was treated poorly.
During a pandemic. When our nation is under stress and our economy is crashing. This post office wouldn’t waive a $23 late fee for my box renewal. I forgot to pay my box renewal fee this month. I never received a notice in my box that it was up for renewal. Got locked out of my mailbox after the 10 day grace period ended so by the time I became aware of the situation, I was no longer within the grace period. I asked if the $23 late fee could be waived and my request was denied by a supervisor. During a pandemic!! Unwilling to waive a late fee!!
