Excellent food. Friendly service and reasonable prices.
We discovered this place a little before the Covid lock down began. They must think we are crazy because we usually just order a large container of beans and rice. The truth is when we have taco Tuesday once or twice a month we eat their delicious beans and rice because its way better than what I make from scratch at home. Every once in a blue moon we will get their Breakfast burritos. They are really good and can be addictive. Buyer beware!
It’s walking distance from my home but I hadn’t eaten there other than flan. The family usually goes for Mexican food in Simi Valley, after their usual favorite suddenly jacked the prices up by several dollars per item. Ice tea $4? From $2? Of course I reminded them the minimum wage was also hiked and they have to pay their employees and suppliers, etc But ice tea is so cheap to make... My father’s girlfriend had a “mild “ heart attack a couple days after he was discharged from a “minor “ stroke and he was very agitated and worried about what he would eat. I went to the convenience store to figure it out but worried about leaving him alone, of course. And there was La Fiesta and I had my answer. They have my father’s favorite meal and mine and they were pretty quick fixing it to go. I brought it home to my dad’s house and served him. He ended up sending me the next day to get him the same thing... and I was thankful that I could relieve some of his anxiety
I have been going to La Fiesta for over 10 years now, this hidden gem of a restaurant is tucked away where the 23 and 118 meet and always does a great job of serving your food quickly and is always delicious. They also have an extensive menu with with many options, would definitely recommend giving it a shot over going to the other overcrowded and chain options off of Los Angeles avenue.
Great food. Fast and very friendly service. Would recommend to anyone. Will stop there when ever in town. Great place
The best hidden Mexican restaurant in Moorpark!!!! Everything is freshly made. No beans frm the can. Fresh hand made tortillas!!!! Family owned for yrs!!!!
I just ate there today. I didn’t like the chicken enchiladas and the beans tasted burnt. I went there because it had a 4.5 star rating, big mistake, I got sick.
Nice little place to grab some good Mexican food. I'd recommend the fish products or the Cali burrito, both were great!
This is the place for hard shell tacos in the area! The best! Great Salsa as well. Great Posole on the weekends. Easy Access off the 118
Really good authentic Mexican food. Just great.
