I’m considering leaving ball park and ESPORTA in general . . This location is always messy, and dusty………. Maybe it’s the location… but the machines are always under some maintenance weeks on end and weights are never where they belong . It’s a shame because it’s a pretty big 24 hour fitness . . The vibe is not vibing … the pics are from 5am . .

staff is kind, but the place is messy . Can't find weights because they're never re wracked and the sauna is always out of order. . Sharing a picture of how messy it is at 4am

Esporta is a great gym and the staff are friendly and kind. The personal trainer are great too especially Julian, he really helped me in my training and would always help me when I need help even when he wasn’t at the gym. So I really recommend him as a personal trainer.

Terrible experience. Tried to join, was provided a form to fill out and told to wait. After waiting for over 10 minutes and multiple staff doing nothing, I finally left. Is it really that hard to process a new membership when you have 4+ workers sitting at desks playing on their phone? Advice is to stay away and find someplace where the customer experience matters…that is NOT here.

I've been going here recently because of how it close it was to my house, and I have not been disappointed. Yesterday I brought a guest in under my membership but had troubles because I was unfamiliar with how it worked. The front desk was really nice and was patient to help!!! Only thing is that the music can sometimes be loud, but the equipments and cleanliness really make up for it.

Gym looks new. This gym would have been the ideal spot. I love the fact that they open 24 hours. All new equipments, clean, staff seem ok. I’m giving a 1 star because the ball court only open from 9am 5pm. Very disappointed. Real hoopers come out at night. Where I’m from, we call it the grave yard shift. From midnight till 3 or 4 in the morning. All I wanted to do is put up some shots, hit the sauna then the jacuzzi that’s it.

I originally signed up, for this gym, because I was originally going to go through a divorce. I signed up, for a one month pass right away, because I was in a dark place and needed to get my mind of things. Me and my wife decided to work on things and we are getting a home, so things changed after I signed up for this gym, so I was not able to sign to spend money. I went to to get a refund, for the month pas, which was 53.75, for ONE month. They told me I went a day too late and that they would not be able to refund me. The only reason I was not able to go before is because I had to move my things to where my wife was. I was told to call corporate, and I spoke with someone named Juan at the cooperate office. He explained to me that they would not be able to refund me and I told him, I am not understanding because this gym offers 7 days free trails on their website and I only went for THREE days after signing up. I did not even use half of the days that I would have gotten, with the 7 day free trial. He told me, he would only be able to refund me if I agreed to pay 60 dollars, for the three days that I used. That is where I caught him and his manager in a lie, because I then asked "so you guys are able to refund me then" he said correct we just don't want to. I was still confused, because I was offered the 7 day free pass and was not able to use that. I know this is long, but I was able to get the truth out of them and find out that they COULD refund me. They just simply did not want to, unless I agreed to pay 60 dollars for THREE DAYS I used. Even though they offer a 7 day free trial and I had TWO voicemails offering me free trials. I was not being rude over and the phone and the person named Juan in the cooptarte office also did hang up on me, while I was still talking. The only reason I am making such a big deal about this is, because the lender was asking to see what this purchase was and if it was necessary.

No complaints as far as it being 24hours. I wish the rest would be like that! But in terms of equipment availability it is very messy. Which then becomes a problem because if a person is looking for a set of dumbbells then one is available but the other is lost around the gym. Needs more staff during the overnight to monitor the areas.
