I sat down and spoke with Arthur Mays about a month ago. After doing so, he helped me realize how important it was for me to invest into myself and finally take the necessary steps towards achieving my weight loss goals. He gives me guidance on healthy food options and daily exercise goals, it has been extremely helpful. I am taking the group training classes and all of the instructors are awesome. I'm down about 6 lbs so far, and I'm excited to see how far I can go! I would definitely recommend this gym!
Curtis is my trainer at Esporta Fitness his good energy is what makes the experience comfortable. I am actually glad I chose him to become my trainer he does very good job of helping me with my fitness goals as a beginner I didn’t have the experience on workouts now working with him I become to love the gym when I do come I see my results and feel much lighter even lost pounds that I didn’t think I’ll lose that fast. I only see Curtis twice a week I would actually like to start going to him more often during the week because I feel more pushed with him then going to the gym alone. He has helped me with my meal plan I’m so excited to see more results..
The gym environment is amazing! When I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and great energy. I definitely feel like this a gym that I can achieve my goals and the staff is always there to help. Especially Curtis! He is one of my favorite trainers at ESPORTA! He’s always there with the mentality that anything you want, if you work hard you can obtain it. He has helped me grow physically and mentally with each session.
I have been training here with Curt since January and it has been great! Curt is the best trainer here. He is very attentive and professional. I have gotten good results from our sessions. His positive upbeat attitude makes the workouts go smooth.
I use to train at this Esporta location for about 6-7 months and my trainer Curtis was really great and extremely helpful! He helped me reach a few of my fitness goals and kept me encouraged even when I did not feel like I was doing my best and that made all of the difference for me. Majority of the staff at this location were really great and always had great energy when I came in.
Overall I have all great things to say about Esporta. Although every gym has its flaws Esporta definitely takes customer problems into consideration and the change is done immediately. The gym is always clean , machines are fully functional, there’s never been any issues with class schedules. Overall this my gym home. Lastly and most importantly Kurtis is my forever trainer I’ve work with him for years now. He’s super invested in his clients goals. He’s extremely educated and continues to educate himself on how to be better for his trainees, you honestly couldn’t ask for a better trainer. He patience also which I believe everyone needs a patient yet determined trainer, he is just that. I couldn’t have reach my body goals with him and his honestly Overall the staff , location , along with price is a win win. You’ll be entering a new family when you join. When I first joined the manger stated that they would be getting more racks and platforms for lifting. However a year and a half later nothing has changed. the state of the equipment has gotten so poor that there are barely any usable free weights any more and none of the weights are ever put back nor can you find the ones you need. Can’t even get a workout in anymore.
I really enjoy my workouts. Very happy the gym has new dumbbells. Arthur Mays referred me and since I started I’ve been satisfied. Love the sauna and steam room. Definitely recommend the gym to anyone!
I've worked with Isabella as a personal trainer for 4 sessions. She is professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my concerns. As I get older, I experience more limitations and she always finds alternative solutions to accommodate me. I appreciate her kindness and the thoughtfulness she extends to my son when he pops in.
I would say that it is a great fitness environment and trainer. Curtis Sims gives great input on things of the matter like exercises, a diet planning things of that nature. He also sets up frequent pop-up shops for the clients and customers that come into the gym.
