Guests must show ID every time they visit and sign in with personal contact information so they can call you from time to time. This is not in line with other Esporta’s. The facilities are decent but aging. I liked the equipment selection but there’s a musty smell and many treadmills are busted. I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4 because of strange operations choices like letting one of the employees play anime music on the gym speakers and having a “don’t kick” sign at the KICKBOXING bags. The front desk turns into a weird boys club sometimes.

Love ESPORTA Fitness! I’ve been working out here for over a month 5 days a week! Membership is $29 monthly with a $5 down payment right now. The membership includes features like up to 2 guest May enter with you when working out. You can also create a free 7 day pass if they’d like to come on their own. Basketball court, fitness/cycle classes, Sauna, and swimming pool included w membership. They also have a kids daycare available while working out for a fee. Let’s not forget their smoothie and shake station. I truly enjoy the staff and appreciate their exceptional customer service.

I love Esporta Gym . The staff is great and extremely friendly. The best part of my workouts are the personal training sessions with Steve White. He is hands down the Best Trainer I have ever had. Steve's Style is warm and personable. He challenges me to achieve my fitness goals with a well- balanced approach. He listens, motivates, educates you on nutrition, and sets up a meal plan that supports your training. He pushes you to succeed with encouragement, yet patient in the process. Steve's personal training programs have definitely made my fitness journey easier and has changed my life.

Recently I signed up for this Gym because I wanted to use Esporta and LA Fitness simultaneously, and I asked them if I wanted to have a membership so that I could use both. Later, I went to LA Fitness, and they told me I could not use it. So I went back to Esporta and asked them what was going on. And the guy said, “You need to pay $150 to access both Gym. So I told them, “That is not what I was told, and I can not afford that much, so I want to cancel,” and the guy told me, “You can cancel, but it will be charged since it’s been four days you have sighed up.” I was not happy at all but stayed  During the time I had a membership, I noticed how unorganized the Gym is and the pool was closed for a long time. I asked the receptionist when the pool is going to be open, and he said next Wednesday; however, the pool opened three weeks later.  Lastly, I wish employees know what they are doing. I am not saying all, but some.  There is more but it is crazy how the worker don't know what they are doing.

Do not sign up, my wife and I sign up back in november, the sales girl sold us the plan with the "benefit" of one member having up to 2 guest every visit, so we went together all the time and one of us just sign the guest list every day, even I took my brother in law and my sister as guests, no problems until a month ago when we arrived no more guest list, all the employees that we knew were gone and they told us that our membership does not have guest privileges, we inform the Manager there that we have a year membership with 2 guest and he pretty much said, no and we are just out of luck. All the new employees now seem upset and no willing to help, the only guy who was courteous and helpful every time we went there was Jacob and now we find out he is not longer there so go figure Call the customer service number and they told me the same, that we don't have this plan and because we paid a yearly membership there is nothing they can do. Because all the employees that were there even the girl that sign us up is not there anymore we can even complaint nor get our money back. Since then the basketball couth its been shut down with some major issues on the floor and the pool is always "close for cleaning" equipment its deteriorating and it seems like no one cares about it.

I’m canceling my membership. I just bought this membership too. Their AC machines does not work in the building. Their Wi-Fi doesn’t work. No tour was given, their basketball area is always closed. I’m going back to planet fitness. Also you have to mail them to cancel. They do this to make it difficult to cancel.

This gym is AMAZING!  Almost everyone is on a first name basis with me. Bear and Destiny have done such an amazing job with improving this gym. You can tell that they both love what they do and enjoy building relationships with their members. Bear is always tending the front desk with a smile and Destiny is always working hard at her desk, but never too hard to pick her head up and say good morning.  I also bring my daughter to the day care occasionally and Ms. Maria is an angel. She reminds me of my grandma and that’s exactly how she treats the kids she watches over, like their grandma.  My grandpa also loves coming to the gym with me and has made several comments on how helpful and friendly the staff is. He loves talking with Bear and the other members. If you have a senior relative that needs a comfortable gym to go to, this is it!  But don’t let that last comment give you old gym vibes. This gym has been remodeled and has something for EVERYONE: cardio freaks, heavy lifters, swimmers, calisthenics, etc.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM!

Gym is closing down on 09/27 it was close and convenient from Lake Apopka now the only alternatives are Crunch Fitness on West Colonial which is brand new but heavily congested and LA Fitness at Winter Garden Village both are good EOS Sport for those living in Apopka and Hiawassee area and 24/7 for the Dedicated powerlifters you got Iron Core in the small plaza in Ocoee and Anytime fitness best wishes to the staff and patrons

Beware....want a gym for your best interest. This is not it. Asked Stephen to just show me the machine, intimidated.. he said it's a waste of time, if I don't sign up for a personal trainer. Okay great, can't show me the machines for two min. Yet you can sit on your phone and talk non stop. Great, stephen. Very discouraging.

I was a member for 13 months, and not a single trainer is there from when I started. The management team is awful.  The positive reviews you see are for people who are long gone like DJ, Eric and Baer. They will lie to your face. They just want your money.  There are much better facilities in the area. Beware
