Went for my birthday dinner- The food was amazing. The restaurant is very cozy and has a really nice ambience. Big portions and the service was phenomenal. The owner is there and takes a special interest in making sure your night is perfect. Thank you!Food: 5/5

I recently dined at La Lanterna and it left me with mixed feelings. The service was nothing short of excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel like a truly valued customer. However, I must admit that the food fell short of my expectations. The pasta dishes were unfortunately overcooked, chicken was not tender, and the zuccini flowers were just mashed up and not actually stuffed. Additionally, I found the dishes lacking in flavor and more on the ordinary side and a bit pricy for the quality, leaving me longing for more vibrant tastes to complement the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. While the outstanding service made for a memorable evening, I hope the kitchen can elevate their culinary offerings to match the level of service provided.

Soft shell crab was delicious. Scallops were good too. It is a BYOB so you can bring your favorite wine from home o buy from wine shop nearby Huge portions and well priced.Parking at rear.Food: 4/5

Went to La Laterna Cafe and Grill to celebrate my wifes birthday with friends.  The hostess and servers were very friendly and attentive. Its a BYOB but the establishment also offer their own wines. Our appetizers were delicious and served in a timely manner.  Everyone's entries were delicious with good portions.  A wide variety of desserts available which were absolutely delicious along with a great cup of coffee.  We will be going back.  Parking: Available street parking but allow yourself some extra time to find a spot.

Had dinner 3/18/23 with family. Service was spectacular ; ambiance lovely and the food was absolutely delicious … outstanding … fabulous  Wish I lived closer !!

My girlfriend wanted to take my parents out for some Italian food. She found this place on Google and got some recommendations from friends and colleagues. Sure enough, everything lived up to our expectations. Food was great, the waitress we had was funny, interactive, and most importantly made us felt welcomed.  Overall, we had such a great experience and we will definitely be back soon!

Haven't been here in a long time, and was disappointed. We requested a specific table and was told that afternoon that we could have it, but when we arrived it was given to someone else even though we were early for our reservation, and I got a bit of a lecture from the hostess that I have to reserve that way in advance. I order salmon cooked through well done and it was very rare. I sent it back and when I got it back it was horrible and dried out. The waitress then lectured me about well done salmon. Nonsense. My husband LOVED his gluten free pasta with puttanesca sauce, although it was a very small portion.

I just attended a 15 person family dinner at La Lanterna. The room was perfect size. The Service was excellent. The Food was delicious and they offered us multiple entree options with a fixed price that was reasonable. The owner paid attention to detail and made sure everyone was enjoying the restaurant and food. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Went here yesterday afternoon to celebrate our son's Baptism with Family and friends. Food was good, service, and ambience all very good. The owner, Ester, made sure we were attended to in a timely manner, but not rushed at all. Would recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon for a nice dinner.

Family place. Nicely decorated, friendly staff, but the food is quite ordinary and a bit pricy for the quality. Expect a standard Italian eatery, not more than that. Local crowd seemed to enjoy themselves. We drove 30 minutes to get there, wasn’t worth the trip.
