La Mesa RV Park has been family owned and operated since the 1970′s. Our family oriented park is central to many famous attractions. Our staff members are local to the area, and we know all the good spots. Mountain biking, off roading, hunting, fishing, site seeing…..we’ve got recommendations for all of your recreation needs.

La Mesa RV Park was the perfect spot for an overnight stay! The host was awesome with communication and we felt very safe staying there! It has the most level sites out of any we have stayed, which was a wonderful treat at the end of the day! We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves on the road in Colorado again! Thank you for making the last night of our trip so perfect! Good job!!!
Small RV park right off the main street in Cortez. At first glance the place looks a little shady, however we had no problems on our one night stay. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our picnic table! The site was gravel with some trees and small grassy areas. The middle was grassy with flowers. The laundry room had been recently renovated. It still needed some finishing touches when we were there. It was very clean, and had four sets of washer/dryers in two different sizes. Most RVers were full time. Will definitely stay again if the need arises.
For $2 per pet per day there should be something in return,like a dog park, not just dying grass median and warning the green grass area have pesticides on em. Yes wifi signal was strong, but the internet was not working at all. Verizon got 20mb down and 17 up. The staff was super nice and helpful.the grounds were nice and clean. The grass at the maverick gas station was plush across the street. Plenty of room for back ins and pull through spots. The staff mentioned the lot next door might be available for a park or something. That's a good idea. The 2 days before we stayed at their sister RV park in Springerville, AZ same top notch quality. Thanks guys And the road noise was not a bother at all.
Amazing place and people! me and my husband thought that this property might be a family owned business Knowledge people, friendly, helpful and super nice!! I love how they value customers and treat everyone as friends I love how quiet the campsite and near gas stations, shops, and 10 mins away from Mesa verde, less than 50 mins to 4 corners, lots of trails! amazing rock formations everywhere and mountains. We will 101% definitely gonna come back! They do weekly and monthly! amazing price! Super affordable! Full hook ups Pet friendly Local rv campsite Price starts at $25!! We recommend this rv campsite We wish we are able to get both their names, we both appreciate you making this stop so much fun and comfortable for us.
Quiet, pleasant, stayed one night. The view of the mountains from my spot was great although my camera doesn't do it justice
Cortez is always beautiful, stayed here almost stayed a week. Second trip to Cortez and our first time staying here. It won’t be the last, people are so friendly and the park is right next to everything you might need. We rode our bikes all around town from the RV park. Definitely was a nice stop on our journey
This is our second month-long stay here. This small park is well-run and well-maintained. And there are lots of shade trees. It's very quiet at night. And the park offers free 5G wifi. Great value for the price.
Small park with amazing service. The Camphost makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. Laundry room is spotless. Bathrooms are being remolded. Flower pots sprinkled around so I bet in the summer mouths it’s bursting with color! The grounds are clean, gas station next door so you can hop over for a quick snack after you park or some hot coffee before leaving out! A nice park. Lots are small, no bathroom available you must be self contained. Very friendly camp host / manager. Convenient base for Mesa Verde NM
