First time there. I stood in front of the food area to order a plate and they never attended me. There were 2 ladies behind the counter just gossiping. So I just ended up buying pig ears they were good. Went to pay and cashier with an upset face as if she got bothered like if I interrupted her on something she was just standing looking all bored. When I approached her. No hi, good morning or thank you.. Viejas Margadas!
Nice grocery store but the food service has gone down hill I was charged 9 dollars for a caldo de res and was told sorry there's no more meat and ate a caldo de verduras instead with no discount. Disappointed.

One of the cashier always has a negative attitude, I would say a neutral attitude but not even that. Their food is good but it's not worth it if you don't get a polite attitude. One of the bags that had my hot food was forgotten and the cashier didn't even let us know on our way out... We thought our hot food was inside the bag we had in hand since they have like a bag dispenser. It's kind of confusing to know which bag has your product.
Tacos are delicious especially trips and molljas they have fresh Agus. We love going thier well that's my opinion. They also have all ingredients for menudo. Tamales , they have cooked food for lunch, dinner oh so much can't finish
Prices on produce, vegetables, and meat are always lower than other stores.

Buckle up for the grossest and most unclean Michoacána. Short story long the queso fresco was stinky and very gooey …. I let it pass over did not purchase that. I did however purchased a flan that looked so yummy but when I opened it it was Moldy The food place has flies all over and so did the meat in the back
My husband went to buy Barbacova 2.04 lbs. It looks very old and has a horrible smell like it's spoiled. My husband did not want to take it back. $ 37.37 for spoiled barbacova. I opened up the box it made me throw up. So I have the receipt and I will be collecting our money back. I through the Barbacova away And have pictures of it.
Went to eat at the food court, it was about 10 am and my mom decided to change corn tortilla for flour and she had a negative attitude because she had to remove the corn tortilla from the order. This occurred at the cash register before getting the ticket that we then take to the food court. The cashier then went to the kitchen and I felt she was talking about physically attacking me and because I am short she did not need help.
