La Nails

Hands down the best nail salon around! The owner Anthony really cares about his clients and always puts customer experience first, over everything else. My last full set lasted for almost 8 weeks and looked as just good on that last day as it did on the first. See attached photo of the valentine's day nails shown here after 7-1/2 weeks. I also attached photos of my latest St Patty's day set and my all time favorite black and purple design.

I went last Saturday, Dec 10, to get my nails done but I wasn’t satisfied at all. The nailtech was in a rush, a lot of residue and nails were not properly covered with gel polish. I also had classic pedicure, it was done for less than 15mins including the callus treatment.

Anthony always does the most unique fantastic one of a kind nails! Each set has been a complete work of art unlike any other. Have been going there for several years since starting at the first location. The salon is always gorgeous and clean and staff is friendly. My wedding nails were phenomenal and I got so many compliments on them!

My very first experience, I was highly pleased and happy with my service I was working with, Ann, she was very diligent and ensured that I liked my service. My second visit I found out that Ann was no longer with the salon. The technician that initially started, my fill left my nails, huge, chunky and blocky looking, it looked disgusting. I simply needed a fill-in. A new technician was assigned to me and service was mediocre. I did not receive the same great service that Ann provided. I promise I will not be back. Over priced for subpar service. I wish I knew where and moved to.

I love LA Nails. Anthony has been doing my nails for over 14 years. They do a great job on my nails and pedicures. Amy and her Mom do a great job on nails and pedicures. Nothing special but not terrible! I called for an appointment with my 2 younger nieces and requested a private area for the 3 of us to have mani/pedi services done together. We ended up late but called ahead to let them know and was told that would be fine. They sat us in pedicure chairs once we finally picked our colors but never started and after maybe 15 minutes, they took one of my nieces to start her manicure alone. They were kind of all over the place with having us near eachother but not all being helped at the same time. I guess I just figured that since I called a few days ahead of time that they'd have 3 workers scheduled to help us together. It's all good though, our nails are beautiful!!

L.A. Nails is the ONLY nail salon I will go to! The salon is gorgeous! The atmosphere is very relaxing. Anthony does a fabulous job on my fingernails. He always has fantastic suggestions that result in beautiful nails. His staff does a wonderful job on my pedicures. Sitting in the massage chair, in the peaceful setting is my treat to myself each time!Services: Foot massages

Not the best customer service. The lady was rude to me and my daughter on my daughters birthday. I was left multiple times and they also rushed my daughters nails and they got messed up. Instead of fixing it and admitting they should of put a fan in front of her to allow her nails to dry. They told me they can’t fix it. I am very disappointed. The same lady was rude to a customer sitting next to me and refused to fix her toes too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Beautiful place. Terrible service. I asked for a classic pedicure and a manicure. They sat me down and started my pedicure. Everything was going well. Then another lady comes over and puts a dish of liquid on the ledge of the pedicure chair for me to soak my fingernails in. I told her it wasn't very comfortable for me to twist in my chair to get my fingernails done while my toes were being done at the same time. The lady ignored me and roughly started to push back my cuticles on my left hand after my nails had barely soaked. I asked her to stop because she was hurting me at least three times before she finally stopped. Again I said it wasn't comfortable at all to have my nails done that way, twisting in the chair while my toes were being worked on. The lady put the liquid filled dish in my lap and then it spilled all in my lap. When I got up to leave because I was upset about how my service was being rendered, the manager finally came over. When I told her what was happeneing she asked me why I didn't say anything and that they were just trying to save me some time by doing both services at the same time. I told her I DID tell them I was not comfortable and that I asked them to stop. And I was not in a hurry and never said I was. I wanted to relax and have my nails done. The manager briefly took over my pedicure, then walked away. The gal that finished my toes did a nice job. After she was finished, the manager finished my manicure, but did not do a very good job. My polish is streaky at best. I will not go back and I do not recommend L.A. Nails on Symmes and US 301 in Riverview, FL.
