My mom, aunt, cousin and I came here to get stuff settled due to the passing of my grandma. About 5-10 mins into it, the guy we're talking to, tells us that he had come into contact with another customer that had tested positive for covid. We continued our process outside, which seemed to annoy the employee. Then he tries telling us "that's the last time I say that".. NO GUY. YOU GOTTA TELL EVERYONE YOU COME IN CONTACT!! Common sense. Don't get others sick! This guy either should have stayed home and not work, or should have had virtual appointments
These people were kind and understanding and really helped our family deal with the loss of our mother during this heartbreaking pandemic. From the first call, they were there for us and worked with us throughout the long delays caused by so many lives lost. I do recommend this service, at the most basic level, they are nice people and beyond that very professional.
The worst funeral home you can take for your loved one. They are not helpful at all. My dad died and after 13 days waiting for a doctor to sign a form and everytime we called we got Victor very rude, so on top of being so hurt for your loss you will be dealing with a people who doesn't know what are they doing. Please don't take your loved one here.
I would not recommend this funeral home at all! The first mistake started when we went to liquidate the funeral expenses then the director tells us that they made a mistake. We had requested police escort they added it to the contract. When he comes back with the card he tells us that the secretary did not add up the math correctly. So they had to charge a second time for the police escort. Then the day of the rosary I look at my loved ones signature book and his last name, age and the date he passed away were wrong. I go and address it with them and the secretary tells me that they would get it fixed, because they order those from a different company. An hour later I go back to see the book and I see they tried to make corrections, and they still had it wrong. His age was still wrong and December were misspelled. So I go and address for the second time! And not to mention the fact that they lied and tried blaming someone else for the mistake on the book. So they had to fix it twice. Then the day of the rosary my loved one did not have on his tie, so I asked them if they were unable to put it on and the lady tells me that they did not give her a tie and she knew because she was the one who dressed them. I told her that he did have a tie because I’m the one who chose his clothes and personally took it to them, which happened to be his favorite Express skinny tie. They told they were going to try to look for it. The next day we go back for the funeral, they gave us 1 extra hr with his casket open and he did have a tie, but it was not his! I went to the secretary and I expressed how upset I was and why would they not admit their mistakes and just try to cover up for them. And not to mention how bad his makeup up was! Would not recommend at all!
Staff is very courteous and empathetic. My uncle had services here & it was done beautifully. Funeral Director, Victor Galaviz, is beyond trustworthy and respectful. I definitely trust this company to take care of any of my loved ones with care and compassion.
Worst place ever. Avoid this place. In the last 2 weeks, I've called multiple times requesting a call back and requesting a note and never got a call back. Whoever answered the phone would take a message and never got a call back. I called 3 times and 3 notes were taken. I understand that due to COVID the facility might be swamped but that is no excuse to not get back to people.
Bad experience...I don't recommend this place. We had a bad experience getting my father's ashes..it took over 3 weeks to receive his ashes..and top it off they wanted to give them in a black box when my mother paid for a marble urn..very irresponsible and non caring staff...problem was solved but a lot of run around.
great service, my family and i are very grateful, Director Victor did a very good job attending the full service, thank you.
Very please with service and communication from Victor Galaviz and the rest of staff. Beyond compassionate and respectful.
Person who did the make up was very professional I love the work they did there.
