Well organized. Lots of seating,,Ample bus lines Clean restrooms..and two family/baby/private restrooms.Floors are constantly being swept All benches very clean. Beautiful architecture and vintage style granite floors with exceptional colorful design inlays. Excellent customer service.

Waited for me was little late when arriving to my 1st transfer the attendant was helpful The female bus driver was a very good driver The driver on first bus in brownsvill had me moving All around trying to pull my pants up n fix my belt Very hard on the breaks
All the staff has always been very helpful to my parents who are elderly and travel often. The staff just sees them with luggage and are quick to get a luggage cart or carry the luggage themselves and help them to their terminal. Love the service!

I usually stop by to go to Subway during my school days, but the city bus service is pretty good and the restrooms are clean. The outdoor and indoor information desks are helpful as well.
If you are an english speaking person you would expect really hard time choosing a bus, buying a ticket or get information. I frequently travel Brownsville-Houston and my trips are never worry free. Usually thehe is nobody behind the information desk. I have to go one by one to every desk to get informed. A several time I asked for announcements in English and I never got that. The busess are usually late, sometimes for many hours. Unfortunately taking the bus is the only option for travels with short time notice. I wish I had an alternative way for traveling.
This is what travelers needed a long time ago. Thank you tax payers. Clean restrooms, food and money transfers near by. Serviced by many good transportation agencies.
This terminal has about 3 restauraunts attched. I come here during lunch student and it is very clean and organized. I have also taken about two busses to houston.
The cleanest, nicest bus station I've ever been to in the U.S. Not sure there are very many connections and travel options though, unfortunately.
