La Venice Nails & Spa

I've been going to LA Venice on & off for a couple years. I only get a pedicure. The tools are in a sanitary bag, which I appreciate. They listen to me as to how short I want my nails, and I've never been cut. The techs I've had, do a great job at cleaning up my nails and polish. I will continue to go there.

Inferior quality of work with unprofessional and rude staff!!! Can’t get any worse. I only tried it once and will never go back. I am a mom with a full time job and it is not easy for me to find time to get my nails done. The person that did my pedicure in this place was very rude and unprofessional. She rushed through the whole process of my pedicure but I didn’t say anything to her until the end. When I looked down after she was done, all of my nails were ruined and looked awful. She tried to fix them a couple of times by only covering them with more nail polish which obviously didn’t fix the problem. On top of that, she was showing an attitude and was really rude, so I got very upset and I told her I am not paying for this service because I am 100% unsatisfied. To my surprise, she told me that I was mean and they literally forced me to pay for the worst pedicure of my life. I have tried many nail salons and never had an experience like this. Stay away from this business if your sanity matters to you!

They ripped my nails i came in with off no soak off i was bleeding and they still charged me for a soak off. The woman had to hold cotton pads over my finger bc they wouldn’t stop bleeding. There is no integral structure on my nails at all. No apex they keep breaking straight down the center causing me damage that could be permanent to the structure of my nails. No not go here if u care about ur nail health, or if u don’t like bleeding.

This was my first time here and it was also my first time getting a no chip manicure instead of acrylic. I got the 9D cat eye and it is absolutely amazing. Lee was super funny and easy going and another young gentleman and woman did my nails. They were really nice. I will definitely be back. And the price was super affordable. The other salon I used to go to had really high prices and didn't tell you until they were almost done. Thank you for a great job!

Took my friend to get her nails done, she asked for a French manicure And a normal manicure to clean up her cuticles. as you can see the nails are already lifting off it’s been less than five minutes we walked back in and ask them to glue it down or at least fix it they said that that’s normal. And did not offer any solutions, The nails are uneven, and there’s acrylic powder all over her fingers. Save yourself $55, and go somewhere elseService: Gel manicures

Went here with a small group of friends the night before my girlfriends wedding. The staff were very accommodating with our last minute heads up and let me be indecisive without losing their humor. They had us laughing till the moment we left. Can’t say enough great thing about this experience, thank you for my cotton candy nails Bella!!!!

Paid $25 for a manicure that was less that 5 minutes. The technician said she’d gone through all of the steps but never have I had a experience this bad or felt so rushed during a service that’s meant to be relaxing. The icing on the cake that made things worse is my nails looked terrible

I thought I had finally found a great nail shop after coming to the shop every two weeks at my scheduled appointment time. I arrived at the shop today to get my nails done at my scheduled appointment time only to be asked to come back tomorrow. how can you have an appointment and no one calls to tell you that your appointment is now canceled after driving an hour to get to Bella.
