My review is not for the store but for la-z-boy. I just purchased a new recliner and the quality is absolutely horrible. First thing I noticed once it was delivered is how far away for the wall it has to be in order to recline. Next issue I noticed was if you recline the chair all the way the chair falls over backwards. So reclining it is worthless. Now it's 4 and a half months old the padding is crushed. Not only is it not a comfortable but the leathers is all loose and looks horrible. I contacted la-z-boy corporate and they were not any help at all. They showed zero interest in stand behind their product. This chair wasn't cheap and is falling apart very quickly. I would highly recommend looking at other brands. La-z-boy is running off their name and not their quality or after sale customer service.
We have been trying to buy 2 chair recliners for over 2 years. Problem was selection of fabrics. We took pictures of the area and a person helped to select a printed fabric. Thanks LaZboy for having designers. The sales girl was helpful, cooperative and very pleasant. Now we wait about 8 weeks for them to arrive.
Efriam helped me with my purchase of 2 recliners. He was very nice and professional. I like Lazy Boy furniture. It is good quality and there is a large selection of sofas and recliners and chairs. There is also a large selection of very nice fabrics. The Savi Ranch store is clean and comfortable. This is my third purchase from Lazy Boy and I highly recommend them to family and friends.
I recently went to Lazy boy for my living room and tv room. The furniture was high quality. More than that, the interior designer was most helpful with her ideas, input, and creativity. She was very helpful and took all the time that I needed to see the different arrangements for each room and make the best decision on furniture and interior design that fit my idea of a nice and comfortable home. The experience was very positive and I recommend them.
It was fairly easy. I went in looking for something in particular, and they actually had one for a great price! The salesman was very nice. The only part of the transaction that I object to is they passed on a “delivery charge” for the floor model I bought, even though I picked the item up in my own car. That seems a little ridiculous and felt like a car salesman. I did not care for that at all, put a damper on what would have been a 5 star experience.
Salesman Abraham was great. Very personable and fun to work with. However, the website price was $500 lower than what I was charged, so the 20% discount plus 15% VIP discount made you think you were getting discounts, but actually not. Annoying practice.
We had a great experience. Ramzia greeted us. She is the perfect representative for your company. Didn't hover but checked in while we shopped. She was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
I had a great experience picking out my new sectional and accessories because of the knowledgeable, friendly sales staff. The decorator came to my home and helped immensely with the color scheme and accessories such as the beautiful area rug and paintings.
Highly recommend the store in Yorba Linda. Their entire staff and team is very helpfully and kind. We loved and appreciated the help of our awesome designer Raquel.
First time and last time buying furniture from here. We just remodeled our home and wanted higher end furniture. We bought 3 sofas and a recliner. It all went downhill from there. Right after the furniture was delivered, the recliner motor gave up. We also noticed one of the sofas was defective. I called and set up a date for the repairs. Of course when the first technician showed up “I need to order parts.” Parts were ordered and another repair date was set up. The technician arrived and fixed the recliner. However, he was unable to repair the sofa. I had to call again for an appointment to fix the sofa. We scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday morning. I got a last minute text from the technician saying he had a family emergency and rescheduled for that Friday morning. I received another late notification that he would be at my home on Friday evening. That was unacceptable. Friday night is family time and I have yet to get a new appointment. I’ve called Lazyboy several times only to be transferred, hung up on or flat out lied to. I called several times to speak with a supervisor and “none are available.” How nice to work without a supervisor. I’ve given this company too many opportunities to fix their mistake but have been unsuccessful. I even tried to email their corporate office but the system would not accept my email. I filled out every box correctly and the system responded “the page failed to load.” I tried sending the same email on another cel phone and computer with the same result. I know this will generate a “rubber stamp” response from the company. Bla, bla, bla, but you try to email them and see if it goes thru. I expect this type of treatment from living spaces but not from Lazyboy.
