My salesperson was Ms Virginia She is a very warm& inviting person I felt very comfortable speaking to her, she was very patience with me. She took the time to listen too what I wanted and was willing to spend. The furniture is a little expensive, but the quality you are receiving makes it worth the money you spend. I did purchase a recliner for the bedroom but the sectional was out of my price range for now. I will be returning very soon and I hope that Ms. Virginia will be my salesperson again The chair is very supportive and I love the style
Virginia was the salesperson who assisted me with my purchase. She was approachable, a good listener, paid attention to my concerns, was most gracious and helpful. If someone expressed interest in buying furniture from La-Z-Boy, I would suggest they deal with her.
It took me 3-weeks to order a few rooms of furniture from another state. The Timonium store helped me order, and made suggestions as far as matching colors and/or sizes. There were at least 20-emails exchanged. It only took 3-weeks because I kept going back-and-forth on colors. Virginia came through with every one of my requests! The turnaround time will be minimal. This is a return visit for me to Laz-Z-Boy. Years ago I purchased furniture that held up very well.
Everyone at lazy boy was very pleasant and responsive. Our sales rep, Jeanne was easy to work with!
I recently purchased a sectional couch. I requested to add the fabric protection plan at a later date. I was told that it had been added and my credit card had been charged and I verified that it was. I have my request and the confirmation that I was given this plan in writing. Then, I find out that the La-Z-Boy representative that submitted this made a mistake and didn't actually give me the fabric protection plan. Instead, the credit card charge submitted that day was only for a part of the remaining payment that was due not until the couch was delivered a couple months later. Now, La--Z-Boy will not give me the fabric protection plan that I'd requested and been told by them that it was added. Instead, they are telling me that it was my fault I didn't verify the language that they'd used for the credit card charge. If I had, I could have seen that they made a mistake and called again to get them to rectify their own mistake. According to them, it all my fault and too late to get the fabric protection that I had requested and been told, by them, that I now had. I would never order from this store again. If you do, you need to double or triple verify everything. They don't honor what they've said they've done. I'm also told that the person who made this mistake left the store and now works in Bel Air, and so there's really nothing that they can do for me.
The manager Jeff has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales staff tells you things that are completely false and management does nothing. I would never buy anything from this store again. La-z-boy has really gone down hill. Buyers beware!
I bought 2 Felix rocking recliners! I was met with excellent service.
I was ecstatic with the service I received by the store design expert. AnnLynn was very helpful showing me fabric selections, lamps and tables. She came to see my space measured and did a 3D rendering to show me my space and placement of pieces I wanted. Expert designers in the store is a fantastic bonus you provide to your customer's. The sales people were all cordial and engaging which is also a benefit. Thank you!
Sales person very helpful. Purchased top of line recliner with lighted remote control, heat & massage for my 87 year old sister. Chair seems perfect for her, although expensive even on sale. I have always purchased lazy boy for all my furniture needs. Great quality
