La-Z-Boy furniture was great quality for years but now it’s junk. We had our last furniture from them for 20 years with no problems. Now we have new La-Z-Boy set and its main parts that hold the springs for the furniture’s foot rest are made from plastic so the springs break easily. First the left side of the couch breaks off and now the right side has broken off. When no one was sitting on it. Why would you make a main connection joint out of plastic it cracks in half ? I’m sure that you would agree. We are retired and don’t abuse the couch. Buyers Beware!!!
Our Salesman Mike did an awesome job at answering all our questions. No pressure to buy. Went and look at other places and ended up coming back and ordering from Mike. Would recommend both our salesman as well as quality made Lazy-boy furniture. Looking forward to our new living room set.
Friendly and helpful staff. Super easy purchasing experience! Current wait time on furniture orders is estimated 4 months, so I can not review the product only the very nice staff.
Holly was amazing! She selected pieces that matched our style and crazy life. It was so easy to come in and see the 3D renderings of our rooms and the pieces in them. Highly recommend their services!
Very upset with Lazyboy. This not a store to buy furniture, all you do is order it and hope it comes when promised. Ordered almost $7000 worth of furniture, couch came damaged. Chairs were due in two months, this came and went. Next promise was three months away, again came and went no furniture. Then another two months promise, came and went . Now saying another month maybe. Very poor customer service.
Really enjoyed the selection and professionalism of the staff. Prices are a little higher than expected, but the ability to choose custom fabric with quality furniture offsets some of the sting from the pricing.
We were able to pick out just the right queen sofa sleeper and loveseat to complete our living room remodel project. The only issue was that we will have to wait until the first week in December for our fabric to come in...
