I usually don’t leave reviews, but had to this time. My daughter and I waited for over an hour in the freezing cold outside the lab to be let in. The line had so many children, older people - everyone standing and waiting, as they were only letting 3 people in at a time. Only people who could go in without waiting in line are those who had appointments which need to be made weeks in advance. The people working there said this procedure is “just following orders”, the sign in the window blames this inhumane treatment of people on the CDC. In reality, looks like they just got rid of their waiting room. Once we were inside, things went smoothly enough and the technicians were great. But why couldn’t people check in and stay in their cars to be called in, like many doctors’ offices used to do during the emergency which is over now!, instead of having kids and everyone else freeze and get sick by standing in the cold?
2 hour wait because all the staff left recently!!!! There were elderly people standing that long because not enough seats. How about you hire some people and compensate them well in order to be able to run the place.
This is my preferred Labcorp but appointments are hard to come by so I usually do a “walk in”. It opens at 7 AM, I arrived at 6:50 on a Tuesday and I was the 10th person in line. I thought it’d be a nightmare to wait. However they opened promptly at 7, all 10 of us were checked in at the mobile kiosk by 7:10. The front desk women were pleasant and moved fast. All of the lobotomists are always friendly and efficient. I was done and out the door by 7:35. I don’t recommend going without an appointment on Saturdays. The wait is significantly longer.
I'm sitting in the parking lot of this location and HAD to come here to give my review. I love this place! I was treated kindly by Mathew at the front, so that altered my impression I'd gotten from seeing such bad reviews. THENNNN I had my blood drawn by Jorge who was possibly the best phlebotomist I've ever dealt with! I'm not good with getting blood drawn, and I almost ran out of there when I saw that this visit required 12 vials; however, I barely felt the needle even when my first vein slowed down and we had to go to the other arm. He was super pleasant and helped distract me. I will never hesitate about coming here for any lab work.
The worst place you can ever go in the entire medical field. The only time I’ve ever seen the staff work efficiently is when a manager is clearly present. Every other time, they work at their own pace when they feel like it without any efficiency or sense of urgency. I’ve experienced rudeness during the check in process. The worst, most recent experience is having successfully made an appointment online and arrived to only find out after checking in online in my car and waiting for a text from them to come inside, that they actually are completely shut down until further notice with just a sign on the door. Meanwhile their google listing says they’re open! Completely absurd, unacceptable and pure laziness on their staff’s part. I will never return to this location again and strongly advise against it.
Awful ! Do not take your young child here. I brought my 2 year old son in and they were not nice and were unsuccessful drawing blood after poking him 3 times . It was a traumatic experience ! The second guy who came in and tried was very snotty , was more worried about my mask being below my nose than calming my son down
This place is amazing. I have the worst veins ever and I am very fortunate that there are several phlebotomists here that can draw my blood. I usually request that Matt draws my blood and he always does an excellent job! I am one of those people who get anxious before getting blood drawn and Matt is always so kind to me. Jorge is great too! He is very patient and easy to talk to. Everyone is exceptionally friendly here! I highly recommend this location and I come here quite frequently, any where from every week to once a month.
Our 1 year old had to get his 1 year blood work. Matthew was amazing. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Far exceeded our expectations. Any pediatric blood work in the future will be done here and hopefully Matthew is there to do it!
Wow New staff working there . If you are fasting try to get there before 6:30am . There was a line forming at 6:35 am. Thank you
Shocked to see the bad reviews! My family and I have been coming here for over 8 years and not once did we have a bad experience. One kind lady Mauri who has been here since we have been coming here is always kind and helpful to everyone. People get frustrated waiting in line but it’s not the staff’s fault. One thing I recommend before you go to any medical facility, wear a mask and exercise your patience.
