I tried this place because unimpressed with two different Quest locations in Davenport and Poinciana. I didn't think it possible, but Lapcorp is actually WORSE than Quest. I never appreciated medical services in Minnesota as much as I should have. Is all of Florida this bad?
Door is locked, no one answering or returning voicemails and not honoring appointments times. Need better service!
I wish the workers were a little more patient and friendly with elderly patients. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood . I am assuming they are short staffed.
I don't write reviews alot but after what I experienced I thought it was just me but based on some of the comments it ligns up exactly. The receptionist is extremely rude not sure how she has this job! After walking in waiting for her to acknowledge me she just stared into her computer screen so after a few moments I went right over to the kiosk where the machine could give me better customer service.
The technician was very professional and friendly. I did have to wait longer than I should have with an appointment. My name wasn't called 30 minutes after getting a text to come inside after checking in but only took a couple minutes after I gave them my paperwork anyway. I thought the place could have been cleaner, especially the restroom. The door was dirty around the handle. The whole place could use a renovation. I may look for a different location in the future.
If I can give 0 start I would. Worst place ever. The place is so dirty, the receptionist so rude and the results take forever. If you can go someplace else please go.
My name is Shannon Sutter Male I was in today 12-30-22 10:30 am set on the Computer. I arrived on time and checked in. I met with Edna Rivera. I'm very impressed with her Professional behavior and how she conducted herself. I was there for a Random Drug Screening from my Trucking Company. Edna was stunning very attractive and pleasing to be around. She made my day I was in and out of the Lab in just a few Minutes. Edna needs to be the Manager of this location she's outstanding in my Book. The Lab was busy with other Clients, but it moved fast. Be aware the access Rd off of 27 is closed due to Construction. I'm real and this is real Review Posting that's why I posted my name in the Review. Outstanding Profession Office I have been to Lab Corps other Offices, but this Office is the best because of Edna Rivera. Shannon
Went without an appointment first thing in the morning. Waited about half an hour to be called. Everyone from receptionist to phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Painless drawl. Will return!
Wait times here are absolutely ridiculous. Need to invest in a larger space and more staff.
Bad customer service. Everyone who served me seemed in a very bad mood.
