I have been a very long time customer of LaBella intimate and boutique. My wardrobe is full of clothes from this place. Since I knew I was going to be out of town for their August Sale I went into the store on Wednesday in order to preview items so that I can order them online. I was disappointed to see that they had significantly reduced their clothing line. While there I decided I would do a bra fitting so that I could order some bras online when they went on sale. Santa, the owner, was not in the store, and the other sales associate was there. She was preoccupied with some missing orders, and did not even acknowledge my presence. I told her I wanted a bra fitting and I would wait for her to complete her task. I tried on a few things, and after over 20 minutes, she still had not resolved her issue and had not offered me any assistance. Therefore, I left without a bra fitting and without finding any clothes which I wanted to purchase, I was so disappointed since this has been my go to clothing store for over 10 years .
Iryne saw me last minute with less than 40 minutes before the store closed for a bra fitting. She did a wonderful job with her fitting and did a thorough job explaining how a bra she fit your body. I learned so much and was able to find bras that properly fitted me without leaving me to feel like I was suffocating or leaving marks on my skin.
I had a great experience here getting fit! I talked about my expectations and we figured out the best bras for me for work and for just chilling around the house. It was super personalized and I definitely recommend it.
Iryna was absolutely amazing. She helped me find the perfect fit and gave me so many options for every day wear and special occasions.
This place was amazing! They had colors and sizes for EVERYONE, from champagnes to plus sizes! I thought I was spoiled with New York corsetieres fitting me all these years but when I came to La Bella I discovered that I had not been told the whole truth. La Bella showed me a world of NEW colours, bra makers and designers from all around the world - that in most cases were better than the traditional French and American brassieres that I had worn all these years in just two colors, black and beige. I am not going to reveal all the secrets in this review, but leave it be said that you will find beautiful Latvian lace brassieres of incredible construction, Polish brassieres that are a dream under t-shirts and other beautiful designs that begged to be paired with black leather and other fun constructs. Don't believe what your other fitters have told you, about "the designers don't make those things in other colors or in your size" NOT TRUE! Visit La Bella and discover for yourself how wonderful it is to discover new colors and designs in brassieres. I plan to travel to their location from wherever I am because "they are worth the trip."
Came in from out of town and stopped by. Iryna took a look at me and knew which brand bra I was wearing. I told her my size but she brought in a completely different size... and it fit so much better!!! She had me walk around the store to make sure it fit and stayed put. Definitely check out this place if you are odd size or have large cups I walked in with an H and out with several K cups
The absolute best experience I have ever had bra shopping! Irena took the most amazing care of me! As a plus size woman, bra shopping can be a daunting task but at LaBella I felt not only heard but understood. If you need or want a new bra please go here! I won't buy a bra anywhere else from now on!
Set an appt and then was ignored after 5 mins bc the store had 3 other customers. Finally I was sold a $100+ bra that ended up being the most uncomfortable thing ever. I've since thrown it away.
My husband made me an appoitment to get fitted and I ended up leaving with three great sets. The store is clean and beautiful and the owner was just the right amount of helpful and attentive. She created a rewards profile for me so every time I go in I have record of what sizes and styles I like, or so my husband can stop in and not have to worry about guessing the right size for me. I also get points I can use toward my next purchases, gotta love that. I left feeling beautiful and excited to wear my new garmets and to come back :
Success!!! I’ve been everywhere looking for the perfect fit for my 19 y/o. Santa was amazing. 10 our of 10. Experience. Definitely will be going back. Recommend to anyone looking for a perfectly fitting comfortable bra.
