I just called to have a prescription filled but apparently compound techs don’t work on Sundays. Fine.  But I was then told by Carla who is apparently hard of hearing and VERY rude that the prescription most likely won’t be ready until Tuesday.  Sorry but when someone is in pain, waiting 2 days for a prescription is not an option.  I’ll take my business where they actually care and aren’t rude!  Horrible customer service.  Surprise! It’s Thursday and they never called about my prescription being filled.

Similar to another’s review I found an older lady at the front desk very rude and unhelpful. I called ahead to ask about a prescription and was told that it was not there. Then after being told to call my doctor again, I sorted it out. Went to the pharmacy an hour later only to be rudely told they left a message the day before that it was filled. I discovered the message was left on an old phone number but rather than be helpful the older lady just rudely questioned me why there was a wrong number instead of being helpful. I then had to fill out paperwork to make a change the phone number. I would like to have known why I was told just an hour before that the prescription was not there rather than be treated rudely upon sorting it out. Very disappointing unfriendly service.

First time going and not a great experience! Staff acted as if they would rather be doing something else, besides help me. I called beforehand to see, if my daughter’s prescription was ready and the lady would rather tell me that the doctor should not have said the prescription would be ready that afternoon instead of helping me. Turns out it was sent to the Marietta location, instead of Acworth. But instead of helping me, I had to figure all this out myself. The Marietta location was just as unhelpful! The lady asked if I got a call, about my prescription?! Hello, if I did would I be calling to figure out where my prescription was????!!!!! She then goes on to say, oh well we can’t have it ready because we needed to call you first. So now my infant daughter has to go another day without her medicine, because it can’t be ready until tomorrow afternoon . Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!!!

My first visit to a compounding pharmacy. If you need one of these specifically, they will meet your needs. Typical pharmacy prices. They are well stocked with all your needs. I honestly couldn't stay too long, but they took good care of me for what I needed, and it was cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone. I'll take the win and will go back again if I need to.

I have been getting my compounded progesterone here for 15 years and medical supplies. One of their SI Joint belts is under $20 and comparable to one on Amazon that is double that. Great pharmacy with everything you need.

I have three different Rx’s filled at Lacy’s and they don’t make me feel judged . They truly understand why they are in business and you won’t meet nicer more understanding folks Anywhere in drugstore business. I would recommend LACY’s to anyone.

Get rid of CARLA’ no need to be rude or sound rude in a CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT. I thought well maybe she is having a bad day. Until she spoke to the old gentleman behind me even meaner. . DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BE NICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. AND YOUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES!! You were rude to 2 of them RETIRE if it’s that bad.

I had an RX called into Publix.  I went in three hours later to pick it up and the Publix pharmacist said she hadn't checked her messages yet.  I left and asked the Dr. to call the RX into Lacey instead.  Lacey called me 30 minutes later and said it was ready to be picked up.  Great service!

Love that this is a local pharmacy, but I've had several problems with my prescription here. While my doc approved a 90 day supply, the pharmacy incorrectly input it as a 30 day supply which I only found out during pick up. When I requested delivery because I didn't have a car, they entered it as a pick up. I'm happy to pay more for to support a local business, but not at the expense of quality service. This is ultimately just my personal experience, but the frustration and hassle of working with them means that I'm moving my business elsewhere.

I went to this pharmacy today! I needed a syringe to drain a cyst on a dog! The pharmacist stated you can’t buy a syringe without a prescription which is a lie! He was very unfriendly and acted like I wanted it  for drugs! I have never been so disrespected by a pharmacist! He could have come to the register to talk to me instead he thought it would be appropriate to just lie! Do better!
