Excellent customer service, easy online billing, they always let you know when your bill is due or any updates to the unit. Additionally, I was helped several times when I forgot my key code. They even notified me when I did not properly lock my lock so I could come back and lock mu unit. They offer a wife variety of sized units with great pricing! Highly recommend!

Lacey Pacific Storage is in one word AWESOME!!! Cheri Ewing is GREAT! Cheri and her staff are amazing their customer service is the best. Always professional yet very personable. it is always a pleasure to talk with her. My wife and I have used this facility since 2017 and have never had any issues. the location is great the grounds are well taken care of and if you need to talk to the staff and they are busy, leave a message and they will always return your call. I would recommend Lacey Pacific Storage to family, friends or anyone looking for a great facility to store your valuables and they are always in the right price range, very affordable compared to others in the same vicinity or farther away. Cheri and the staff at LPS are second to none! Polite, professional, and extremely personable! They were very accommodating and helpful at every turn. During the process of moving to Florida, we needed to get a 28 ft semi trailer in to pack things in. They made sure to get me a unit that was close by the best place to park the trailer. When I needed an additional storage unit, they made sure to give me one as close to the first unit as possible. Their efforts made loading the trailer seamless for 2 storage units. The units are clean, well maintained, and well secured. If I'm ever back in the area and in need of a storage unit, LPS will be my first and only stop.

I have been their customer for over a decade. Since all storage units use the same website to monitor rental rates and vacancy rates, the staff becomes important as all storage units are about the same price. The staff at Lacey Pacific Storage has always been top notch. They keep the place running efficiently and that includes pest human and insect control.

It's pretty standard. It is a secure facility with night time security drive throughs. Not heated or a/c it does not have power or lights in the units. You will not want to store anything long term that will mold in Washington humidity.

Terrible business. The office is consistently closed during business hours. Don't even think about getting behind or they'll get rid of your stuff fast. DO NOT RENT HERE Edit in response to the comment "we have no record of you renting here": my partner rented here. All of their belongings are gone. Nice attempt at discrediting a valid review though

Pros: Staff are friendly when you can reach them. The facility is clean and fence works. Building clearly labeled. Good lighting if you have to get something at night. Cons: Can never reach anyone during office hours, leave messages and they never get back to you. No online option to pay, can set up auto pay but I had issues with them charging me twice in one month.

Really nice and maintained storage unit. It's a smaller company which makes me a bigger supporter of. Good prices and good security.

With so many options in town, our decision came down to experience. Cheri was so delightful to work with and we are grateful for the continued professionalism we receive. Cheri and Lacey Pacific Storage definitely earned our business!
