I really love this place. You can get a great breakfast with an amazing cup of coffee for a good price. You can sit outside and enjoy the warm weather while you eat too. The southern omelette and vanilla latte are delicious.Food: 5/5

I typically eat breakfast and it’s amazing. Sweets and selection of tea is great, too. But their grilled cheese panini on sourdough is dry and very little cheese. I ended up picking at it and left the majority of it on the plate. I added fries and they were the basic frozen crinkle cut - expensive for $4.99.Food: 2/5
Our cake was perfect! It was EXACTLY what we wanted plus more! The cake was thick & delicious; the fudge frosting was the perfect touch on strawberry cake. It was pricey but worth it. Absolutely best cake we've EVER bought & this was our first purchase here! Waiting inside to speak to the baker, i couldnt help my wandering eyes. The menu is plentiful, the hot food being served was generously portioned & everything they have in the bakery cases looked fabulous. I can't wait to try more of all they have to offer!
My friend and I came here for lunch. It was my first time and was hoping it would not disappoint since I drove all the way from Spanish Springs. My Greek salad was very good. Service was great, the desserts looked amazingly delicious but I had to pass. I certainly will revisit when in Carson City.Food: 5/5
Haven’t been in awhile but used to love this place. Stopped to get a box of pastries for a meeting. Huge mistake! Pastries look amazing. The service was dreadful. Ordered a 16 oz latte with 2 extra shots to go. Literally 3-5 other customers. Only one other espresso drink. Waited and waited. Barista stopped to serve food, answer phone. 2 other people there just chatting. Not sure what that was about. Finally was handed a 12 ounce drink. When I asked about the 16 ounce drink I was told that’s the only size to go they had. When I pointed out I paid for a 16 ounce and 2 extra shots. She just shrugged and walked away. Pastry boxes were dirty and had huge grease stains on them. Huge disappointment. Won’t be back. Too bad cause it used to be great and I’d send friends.
Everytime we visit Carson City we try to stop in and get a treat. They offer pastries, dessert, sandwiches, soup, salad, breakfast, and coffee. They have limited gluten free and vegan options. And there is a cute craft sale area for a local non-profit art group. It's small, cute, and quiet.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
'19-7-10: 1st time customer. AMAZING! A must try for everyone, and for sure to bring out-of-town guests like me. Huge coffee, breakfast, & lunch menues see pix. Multiple, large display cases the width of the counter showcasing a plethora of bakery goodies see pix. This is a fast-casual dining experience walk up counter order, then food brought to table. Plenty of indoor seating in two areas, plus a few outdoor tables. The bacon burger menu item I ordered was a quality piece of perfection to behold. ***Note: year-round Art for Compassion mans a small sales niche inside as well see separate review/pix.
Means a lot to someone who can’t have gluten to have so many great gluten free options here. I had the Eggdiction - eggs, gf toast and baked potatoes. One of the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had and potatoes was baked to perfection, not greasy at all. Not many places you can find gluten free carrot cake abs here they have it Plenty of gluten pasties and desserts too, sandwiches, wraps, breakfast and lunch options.
