Our family ordered the spray to put on my mom's grave and the lady's at lacoles n Ann's florist were amazing they were very caring and did extra things to satisfy our family in time of grief. We were extremely grateful n satisfy with the beautiful arrangement . Reasonably priced fast service with a huge selection. I highly recommend using them. 10/10

Omg!!! This lady, on her day off, went back to the flower shop, bc I forgot my mother’s birthday. She made me the prettiest garden basket for the best price. And delivered it to her!!! Talk about wonderful service!! We'll be ordering with this florist for years to come!!!
They were extremely helpful my wife's dog died today they were all booked up and they still make time if you ever get my wife comfort I would definitely recommend them the lady was very nice understanding I must say this flower shop I've ever dealt with hands down

I don't even want to give one star as I am so unhappy with this place. I ordered an arrangement online ONE WEEK in advance for my mother in-laws birthday. I received an email confirmation and everything. I noticed my credit card was never charged, so I attempted calling the shop countless times to find out if the order went through. No one ever answered and they do not have a voicemail set up. The day of her birthday, NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED!!! Again, I tried calling and calling and calling with no luck I resorted to email, only to get a response two days later telling me that the delivery address was out of their range!!! You had one week to notify me, and no one ever called. They claimed to have called and left a voicemail, WRONG!! no one ever attempted to contact me. And by the way it was 15 miles away from their shop! What kind of company can survive by only doing business within a 10 mile radius? Your online system should have a default by address to not accept orders more than 10 miles away. I should have read the previous reviews because I would have NEVER used them.
On a very sad occasion , my niece's baby died in Alabama . I living in South Carolina wanted to send a floral tribute for the baby . I googled florist in the area where my niece resided and found Ann's Flowers . The staff I spoke to on two or three occasions were friendly , helpful and courteous to me . And my niece send me a photo of the floral tribute I ordered , well it was beautiful . I want to thank the staff at Ann's Flowers again for going the extra mile and for the great work they did for me .
Called Spoke to Linda to send a nice arrangement to my cousins funeral. Linda was very helpful and clearly had an understanding of my needs.
