It seems they're trying their hardest to stay open. Out dated items on shelves. Dust on all items. High-priced in store merchandise. Gas prices are low.

The company has its issues as every cable company has. The internet has been HORRIBLE at times. The reason I'm leaving a 5 star is because of the customer service department. They do strive to make it right and give you breaks when they can. They are also quick to send a technician to fix the issues. You dont wait for 2 weeks. They did try and charge me twice for issues that weren't my fault. I called and explained I wouldn't be paying for any of it, they removed it from my bill. I'm hopeful the internet will get better over time.

They don't accept mobile coupons even tho the door says they do so i wasted my coupon offer .... it was frustrating to explain to the guy who didn't know the sign was there when it's right next to the handle of the door.
