The worst shopping experience. Corporate need to rehire the entire crew at this store. Not a single of them were friendly or helpful. Everyone working here have terrible attitude. Too many lazy workers standing around without a real job, they blocked off all the dressing rooms, acted annoyed when approached by customers, rolling their eyeballs, and did not even fold the purchased items after checkout. I would never walk inside this store again.
One woman there was extremely helpful and the only one on the floor working. I believe her name was Jasmin. Unfortunately, the management there was the absolute worst. They’re hanging out in the back, chatting with each other rather than customers, and phones in their faces. It’s obvious there have been several poor reviews, but nothing improves.
People who work here are really rude and inpolite. I asked them about t-shirt size, but a associate ignored me. Management need to lay off them and hire more professional people
It be really helpful for customers if you had a big and tall section ppl my size 3X really can't order online and expect it to fit as a size M would fabrics and cute can make a difference hopefully in the near future a big and tall section is added.

The staff is rude, unprofessional and unpleasant at Lacoste. They are chatting on their phones instead of helping customers with shopping's questions. Stay away out of here
Second time customer service below expectations. Staff far from friendly. Still no dressing rooms available. Denied to apply a discount on a rack showing “mix and match discount” on items that were showcased there and not only one leftover but several of the same item stating “restrictions apply”. Beyond misleading. Not coming back to this location.
Please hire people who respect the brand. Poor knowledge about sizing. Did not charge the right amount for purchase. Poor attitude towards customers
The staff was very nice but for some reason, I had to wait for the manager to ring me up. She was not friendly and made the payment process felt excruciatingly long. It was a cold and rainy day and I felt more warmth outside. Glad to leave the place.
Every time I visit this store, Rose is always so nice and helpful. She always helps to find my size or color I am looking for and if it’s not available at this location, she will find it someplace else and have it delivered to my door! Wish every retail experience was as pleasant as it is at this store. Alex
