I had as near of a perfect experience with Ladbury as a person could. My Dad sadly passed Oct 3, and Jim was amazing from the start, even with me initiating our first conversation with “I have issues with the funeral industry for taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable times”. I can honestly say he is not that. He was patient with me, helped me talk through things many times, reassured me, and accommodated our unique service and crowd. It was a perfect celebration of my Dad’s life. We got to set up his displays however we wanted, bringing in huge pictures, boxes of oil field memorabilia and items with of Dad’s favorite things. They did an excellent job with presenting my Father, and it was so nice to be able to have that visual part of the process, where we could physically see his body, but then after the funeral, we opted for cremation. It was a blessing to have both options. I appreciate Jim and have nothing but good things to say about him and his team.
Jim Ladbury is the worst businessman I've ever dealt with. He is a liar and a pretend to be leader! I've called him weekly for the past month to request assistance on a simple life insurance beneficiary swap for Medicaid only the funeral home can do so my 84 yr old mother would not be kicked out of the long term care facility she has recently been placed in. Needless to say he did nothing AFTER he told me 3 times that it was done over a months timeframe. What a loser! Oh, then he stopped taking my calls :...... I had to start over and luckily found Stevenson funeral home, which they completed the task in literally 30 mins! I wish I would have known of them to begin with but we felt committed to Ladbury since they handled my fathers funeral in 2010, and I live in MT, so I don't know the local businesses. Anyway, don't use this clown he's a liar & terrible businessman. Even his staff said they were embarrassed of his business actions. Now that's something to be proud of Jim.....
I can not say enough awesome things about Jim Ladbury and his staff. Jim has been such great support - he has done my Husband’s Funeral in 2003 and my son’s funeral 2019. His compassion- support and going above and beyond with my family and with friends has been remarkable. I Highly Recommend Ladbury Funeral Services. I will give them a Ten Star if I could. Thankful for his kindness and support.

Funeral was very nice. Problem is the headstone..my dad passed away last year in November..he was in the army so he gets a government headstone for nothing.. Only supposed to take 60 to 90 days. Been over a year I called many times and he said he ordered it. The first 3 times I'd say it wasn't ordered..that is a part of grieving process..im not even sure it was ordered this tine. I'm so sorry dad if the funeral home can't make sure ...then we should be able to. Breaks my heart
