Men’s kurta bought Tailor guy who does alterations has better penchant for his work. More customer friendly attitude. But he looked over worked! Hard to imagine what he gets paid for his service by store.Hopefully altering should come out good! Guy behind the counter was not at all interested in showing more selection. If you are not buying half dozen 800$ worth sherwanis then they are not interested. But who wants sherwani all the time!? Lousy attitude About store hours he was like it will be closed in one hour and it was only 5pm at Saturday. At 7 pm shop was still open! After this experience didn’t even bother to check out women’s ensembles Same lousy attitude on cash register, lady representative said “if you want receipt take it from there “ Why don’t you guys put self service cash registers and save customers experiencing horrible attitude of your staff.
My husband and I went in to find my marriage dress and everyone is so nice there. Chelsea especially she helped us for probably 2 hours patiently. She helped find me the perfect dress and my husband his clothes.I hate shopping normally but Chelsea made it pleasant and almost fun. Definitely check this store out
Had a great experience with Hayal and his team at Ladlee recently. When we noticed the blouse for my bridal lehenga had a few stains on it, they worked very diligently and with fantastic communication to make sure the replacement blouse piece reached here in time and that the tailor was able to have it stitched and ready well before the wedding day. Very grateful for their help and would definitely work with them again in the future!
Customer service is good or bad depends on the sales person. Packs your Sherwani and Lehenga in used old plastic bags. Next time I will bring my own bag. Cheap!
The staff is least interested to give customer service both the ladies working there kept talking with each other even after asking 3-4 times about outfits they said, it’s there on the rack… no one was interested to even greet or help the customer! They did not even care when we walked in and walked out or if we are finding something or not they juuuuussst kept talking with each other!
Worst customer service ever. We were there yesterday that is the 29th of December around 5pm. We were looking for bridal wear and one of the employee was so rude ,and she wasn’t even interested in showing us any new stuff for our wedding .she was so confident that even if she did not try to show something that people would buy stuff coz according to her there are no other good places in the mall to get clothes . Worst place to shop for clothes I’ll never recommend anyone to shop there .
Was hesitant about shopping here based on google reviews, however, my experience was much better than expected. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Prices were reasonable and selection was very good. Only reason I would not give five stars is because we had to take clothes to our own tailor to correct the alterations made by the tailor at Ladlee. Beyond using my own tailor in the future I will certainly shop here again.
I had such a wonderful wedding reception shopping experience at Ladlee. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I especially enjoyed working with Avi and Chelsea. They were patient and helped me find my perfect reception gown. I look forward to shopping with them again.
