I have been a customer for two years now. I started my hair dying journey with Rozi and have always been received with kindness and great understanding. My top favorite services are highlights, blow out, eyebrow threading and tinting .  Rozi always finds ways to make my vision for my hair come true. When I got a perm somewhere else she helped me restore health back to my hair. Great place to unwind and refresh ‍Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

I had a great experience getting my hair done by Rozi! I came in for a balayage and haircut and am very happy with the results. The color is exactly how I wanted it. After doing Keratin my hair feels healthy and much lighter. All the frizziness has gone. Rozi is using very high quality / priced Keratin Product - Peter Coppola. Would highly recommend. Will be back for many more!

Rozi knows her craft! For the first time in a long time, I’ve left a beauty salon so happy. From the initial experience of dry cutting to the end, I was loving it and smiling. Loved the vibes, and Rozi was so sweet and supportive. She coached me the whole way through, let me know detail by detail of her ideas and we shared so much honesty to be able to really get my hair back to basics to start doing exactly what I want. So happy to have found a permanent hair dresser and awesome salon!

My hair feels so healthy after Keratin treatment and really came back to life. Will definitely be coming back. Place was clean and had a welcoming feel. Rozi was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!!

I visited the salon for the first time, and got a Brazilian wax. Rosie was so kind, and made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. I’m very pleased with the results, I’ll be a returning customer. Definitely recommend if you like a smooth, painless wax and great customer service!

I went in looking to get my long blonde hair highlighted. I left the salon with collar bone length blonde hair. After my hair was bleached it was combed out in large chunks. After she dyed it, my hair was extremely damaged and she had no choice but to cut it all off. I held back tears as she cut down all of my long blonde hair. I do not recommend for anyone with blonde hair.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Really bad experience. Been growing out my eyebrows for a month and since I just moved to Queens, I’ve been looking for a new place. I should have paid attention to the review about curly hair bc my eyebrows are curly and she totally messed them up. See photos for reference. After she “cleaned” it, right before she did it , and the picture that looks good is with my old eyebrow lady. She claimed I have bald spots which I do but that’s not an excuse for this poor shaping. Please go elsewhere.

Started coming for my eyebrows 15 years ago when I lived in rego park. We have since moved away long ago, but I still make a drive back once monthly to do my eyebrows and full face. I wouldn't trust my eyebrows to anyone but Rozy. Always very accommodating and she even does her special calming facial mask after threading, since I have very sensitive skin!!
