Just bad. Would leave a zero star review if it were possible. Tried this location a handful of times thinking the haircuts would get better the more I saw the same person/same couple people. Nope... Not the case.. haircuts are getting worse, and the REQUESTED style asked for just goes over her head. Every. Single. Time. Also takes personal phone calls multiple times, text messages constantly throughout the haircut. Today was 3 different phone calls that took up to 5 minutes each. Last time was about the same except she took 40 minutes prior to the haircut to speak to AT&T about her phone issues. Then continued to take breaks throughout the haircut. Have to ask for a wash, even though it's included in the bill - and when you do get a wash from this individual, she just sprays water and calls it a day. Just piss poor quality, piss poor "professionalism", and pricey for absolutely no reason. On par with Great Clips or Sports Clips. Etc.Service: Haircut
Today was despicable. I went in and requested a specific person, then this lady came up and put me in her chair. Lemme just say it was a terrible experience. I told her what I wanted and she totally disregarded it. Just started cutting my hair like I was her friend and she had no idea what she was doing. The hot towel stunk like urine and she used 20$ clippers if that. That person shouldn't be cutting hair. She couldn't even see the attachment sizes. Absolutely terrible
Sign says they close at 8, got there at 7 with my son. One person waiting and we were turned away because they were booked for the night. Went next door to Sports Clips and they graciously took our business!

The lady cut my hair in 5 minutes tops. She rushed through the entire thing and was incredibly rough with the buzzer, I was tempted to tell her to stop. Will not be going back ever.
Janine really went above and beyond on the 2 haircuts we got - best I've had in a looong time. Y'all need to go see her and take very good care of her, because she will take very good care of you! I live super far away so I don't get to look like this all the time, which is good because I feel WAY too pretty right now. Enjoy your beautiful haircuts, Ohio!
I brought my son in last week for trim, just a simple kids cut. And the lady wrecked his haircut and made him look Amish, then proceeded to charge me 22$ for the terrible kids cut. She didn't listen to what we asked her to do. And my son still tipped her. I'd say if you're not some old guy with no sense of style, who's just looking to perv on the terrible female barbers, stay away from this garbage barbershop!
3 Years ago i went in and got the Best Service....i went in last week and Taylor cut my hair and she is really nice and good at what she does but the train wreck of a person cutting in the next chair was out of this world. She was obviously either on some type of methamphetamine or coming off of some. She was very fidgety and the guy she was going to cut got up out of his chair made an excuse and got the hell out of there. I'm 100% sure he wont be back.
Taylor a real professional in what she does and my cut was awesome.
