Friendly, but not super helpful when it comes to tracking the status of order of an expensive couch. We also went in knowing the dimensions our room could hold, they recommended a set up that was out of our budget so as we sat there I said why can’t we do this set up as it’s the same exact dimensions but less pieces, ended up being $1500 cheaper than the one they were trying to sell us. As flexsteel experts, they should know the product configurations better to help you build a couch that is the most cost effective set up.
The service and variety of furniture offered here is always excellent. Lafayette Corners is our go-to place for quality furniture and bedding. Sometimes lift chairs can be hard to find and they always have them too if you know someone looking... AND local delivery and set up is ALWAYS FREE! Other furniture stores now often charge $175- $200 for a 3rd party to deliver, which really adds to the cost. Not Lafayette Corners, no extra fees! Chris helped us with this purchase and was very professional and helpful, but I've gotten the same great service from other staff also.
I am sitting on the most comfortable couch ever. Suzie walked me through the entire place and helped me find the perfect place for my home. Best customer service. Efficient and professional delivery.
If you had reviews that went up to a “10” that would represent how we feel about our purchase of a new bedroom set & how we were treated by Chris & the rest of the staff there!! You went over & above to make sure we had our furniture delivered even in not so nice weather along with a surprise that made our day!! We absolutely love the set & the quality of it!! Very friendly and happy staff! I first pulled up and noticed the advertisement sign and loved it! You can tell they really love their business and what they are doing. A large store with a great selection of quality furniture, even a full section set to made in America.
We purchased a Flexsteel recliner in 2014. It was advertised as a lifetime warranty on the mechanism. Within a year the fabric started to pill and literally disintegrate. The store did send it back for us and replaced the fabric. After 8 years the mechanism broke and we again contacted the store. We were told because of the age of the chair they could not get parts to fix it and advised us to buy a new chair. We were offered no compensation whatsoever. We are a retired couple and did not abuse the chair in any way. We are very disappointed in both Flexsteel and Lafayette Corners and will take our business elsewhere.
Due to the supply chain issues it took months to come in, but our Flexsteel furniture is exactly what we wanted!!! Suzy was great to work with and the delivery people were topnotch!
Had lots of useful help in the showroom and they didn't mind our rambunctious kids. Brian and Mark were awesome with the delivery, bending over backwards to accommodate a special request. A great team and experience all around!
We will never be looking elsewhere for furniture. Suzy was the most helpful and friendly person to work with and she has something for EVERY budget. We thought we were going to be sitting in plastic lawn chairs forever at our new house since we weren't willing to drop $2000 on a new couch. Found a perfect one for under $800 and it was delivered the same week. Great experience!
