Attorney Meghann LaFountain has been representing immigrants since 2013 in immigration court and with USCIS in asylum, SIJ cases, family cases, adoptions and naturalizations. English, Spanish and French are all spoken at the office.
This law firm represents individuals across the U.S. and around the world in U.S. immigration courts and in front of USCIS. We handle asylum cases, special immigrant juvenile cases, removal defense, family-based petitions, naturalizations and international adoptions. Our goal is to help people achieve their dreams in the U.S.
We also understand that our clients often need other services in addition to legal representation. As a result, we try to coordinate with local social service organizations and charitable individuals to make sure that our clients feel safe and welcome in our communities. This includes collecting donations of clothing and household items for clients to connecting clients with doctors and mental health providers.
None of us would be here today if it weren't for the immigrants in our families, whether it was 5 years ago, 50 years ago or 250 years ago. We honor the contributions that immigrants make to our communities and will continue to fight for their rights here in the U.S.
