LaGrange Family Care Doctors

This Father Daughter team are very responsive & have excellent availability for appointments, but that is the only positive experience I had after three years. I was expecting more from a family care doctor/primary care physician; more comprehensive and preventative care, they do not take this approach at all. I wanted to be proactive about my health changes & was told “All your tests are normal”, so I interpreted their approach as reactive & wait for “abnormal test results”. I found both Father & Daughter bedside manner attentive but not friendly, even after three years. I was also unhappy with the so many referrals that were made with no follow up on their part. If you need to be seen urgently they have great hours & are responsive. If you’re looking for preventative comprehensive care they lacked taking the initiative to provide this, but can react to urgent illness competently. They spend very little time answering questions or educating the patient . This physicians office offers nothing more then glorified urgent care.

I’ve been going to La Grange FCD for my entire life and I am 31 years old. The nursing staff and medical doctors there are compassionate and supportive. Getting an appointment is usually quick and easy. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a professional, board certified PCP. Both Dr. Kemperajurs father and daughter are extremely intelligent. I live in Indiana and to me, the drive is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic doctors easier to get appointments quick to return calls very thorough the best practice I’ve ever been a part of would not trade doctor Kemperodgers for anyone he is the best!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kemperajurs our whole marriage, 22 years. In those years, he has saved both of our lives. I wouldn’t have my husband today if it wasn’t for him. He’s the one that figured out this crazy rare blood disorder my husband has. He’s saved me from several things also. I appreciate the passion he has for his patients. He’s a great doctor, with a great staff. I love that even sometimes he’s the one that will call you back to be seen instead of a nurse. And just like everyone else we know he’s human and has only best intentions for us. Samantha Bourke

Dr. Kemp and Brian are awesome! They actually care and take time to figure out the best care you need. I have been seeing dr. Kemperaujers since I was born and now all of my kids go there also! All of the staff are so nice and quick. I love that i can call the same day if were sick and they will try their best to squeeze us in and even at the same time if my kids and I both need to be seen. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

My family has been patients of Lagrange Family Care Doctors for close to 20 yrs. I can honestly say this office represents what I believe a doctors office should. They get me in when i am feeling ill, return my calls when I have questions and the know me! Doctor Kemp listens to my questions and my opinions. He is honest with me and I feel very comfortable with him.

They denied me care due to having my 1 year old with me with zero warning on their website or when making the appointment. Claimed it was “policy.” I’m sorry but no policy covers discrimination due to age. They said they didn’t want to risk my child being exposed at the office but that the doctor would be happy to write me an order to go to the hospital for care, which doesn’t make any sense considering my child would be more exposed at a hospital than a small office. “Family care doctors” that doesn’t care for the family yet even boasts pediatric care on their website. What are single moms and moms with working husbands supposed to do? Beware of this doctors office!

I have been a patient for 10+ years and am grateful for Dr. K and his staff. Dr K is truly a wonderful doctor. He takes his time with me every time. He is understanding and caring. more than any doctor I have ever had.

If you want a Healthcare provider that truly cares about your wellbeing then look no further. I've never had a provider as thorough and caring.

The Doctor and his staff was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. The visit was quick, and thorough. I highly recommend using for your medical needs.
