Lagrange Smile Center

I was there at 3. My appointment was at 3. I didn't get seen until 430. They were in a hurry and ripped out my tooth before the numbing shot even started working good. It was split up my gum. They gave me no stitches. A week later i was in the emergency room. Getting antibiotics and pain meds. Because my face was so swollen. I felt like they mutilated my mouth. And I'm still in pain. This morning was my second trip to the er because of this. I'm going back to Dr Baker next time.

The dentists office dropped my kids as patients because of too many missed appt's. So they say. But the reason the appt.s were missed is because i had to reschedule due to changes in my son's medicaid coverage. I didn't have the money to pay for the nitrous gas used to do his fillings. They kept rescheduling him back like 2-3 days later. This happened 3x then i had the money. But by thatbtime the dentists had already Dropped them as Patients... Lagrange Smile Ctr. Isn't a humanly friendly environment. To me personally- i feel like i'm watching a bunch of robots or A.I. aliens walking around doing their jobs.

Very unorganized. Said one thing and did another. Called at 1:10 and said the appointment was at 1 when it was clearly stated on the phone that the appt was at 2:00. Then they call back and 1:15 and say be here at 1:30. We don't live close. Still managed to arrive at 1:40. While sitting in the waiting room more people are coming in to see the dentist and are going in before they call our name.

My experience was AWFUL! They told me my teeth were not saveable!!!! My teeth aren't that bad!!!! They made me feel like crap. They were rude & they say one thing & then don't do it. Was supposed to get teeth cleaned & then they wouldn't even do that. They made me feel terrible & I left crying. Plz go somewhere OTHER than here! Bad bad experience.

Horrible! No room in waiting area, maybe 12 seats like a movie theatre so close to one another. No parking, exam rooms small & unsanitary. Unorganized scheduling and routines. Will see you then ask you to come back after lunch to do the actual work needed.. Constantly change appt times. Staff is clearly overworked therefore poor care of patients! Ridiculous

This place is sad.... When you have an appointment be prepared to be there several hours. They have gotten to where parents can't go in the back with small children, WTH!!! I DO NOT recommend them for NOTHING!!!! As far as my teeth, they were suppose to clean mine and of course came up with about 4000$ worth of work to be done before they could clean them. SMH

Out standing peoples everyone seem very nice and professional . They took very good care of dental problems .
