I ordered for Mother’s Day and they did an amazing job in proving my mom with a beautiful arrangement. They were super nice when dealing with them on the phone and I would definitely order through them again. Thanks!!!
I am not one to give bad reviews or call a provider about a gift I received. But, the metal container the flowers came in leaked all over and the flowers looked on the edge when they arrived, likely because of the water leaking out. The card says to call if there are issues, so I did. I was told that this container just arrived 2 days ago ? And to put a plastic under it. Also got the rebuke that the flowers came from Ecuador, so they could not be droopy and on the edge. So, I called to lie about the arrangement I just received? Looks like this is how this provider responds to poor reviews -not even apologizing, let alone offering a remedy, and dismissing complaints as unfounded. They have not changed this response style for over two years by looking at other reviews. So, why offer 100% satisfaction if this is not true, and instead they are being rude and dismissive? Poor, poor, very poor customer service.
I booked this flower to one of the patient. When I placed the order , I wrote it very clearly, please deliver it at 9 AM, because the patient only stayed here for an hour, and they didn't deliver it until 10:30AM. The flowers I ordered are Deluxe, the staff of the florist told me the deluxe one is the same as the pictures, but the flowers delivered are not only different from the pictures, but also not fresh at all, it is not worth $100 at all. This is the worst flower I have ever ordered, and I will never order flowers from this florist again.
We ordered three flower arrangements for a funeral service and paid over 500. When received the flowers at the funeral, they were nothing like what we saw on the pictures. They didn't use as much flowers, it was much smaller and full of holes. Save yourself some headache and don't deal with this shop.
Very nice, kind at first meeting, sympathetic for my loss. Left there saying to myself, I will always use this florist and will recommend. However…the one thing that was important to me was not done as I asked. I wanted 3 single colored flowers to represent 3 grandchildren in an all white heart. Other things….ribbons were not put on one of the funeral flower arrangements and the casket blanket did not have the right wording banner ribbon. I did go in to the store not asking or expecting a refund. I just wanted them to know how disappointed and dissatisfied I was and to listen to what people are asking for. All I wanted was an “ I’m so sorry”. Instead I got the opposite. That’s not what you said, the ribbon was on there and the funeral home messed up. Again…. I just wanted a “ I’m sorry”. Sorry to write a bad review because the owner seemed genuine.
I ordered flowers at the last minute and they had it ready for me in less then 20 mins. The flower bouquet was way more beautiful then what I asked for. Customer service was awesome. Definitely will be returning. Above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you.
I ordered some flowers for my sister's graduation celebration. I'm out of state and they could not have made the process easier. Delivered a wonderful arrangement as promised. It was a great surprise for her. Would highly reccomend their services.
I was visiting friends and family from out of town and needed a great centre piece for our holiday dinner party. no one trust my cooking I was highly recommended to try out Laguna Niguel flowers and gifts. when I arrived I was greeted by Fred the Florist! He was so welcoming and patient as i was not sure what kind of centre piece would be appropriate. the selection of gorgeous flowers was amazing! since i was unsure what to do i leaned on Fred. He advised to stick to a more minimal arrangement with a low profile that would not obstruct any views across the table but grand enough to impress.Fred shared some of his ideas and I was on board. an almost all white arrangement with a whisper of gold. it was perfect! At the dinner everyone was impressed and I could with confidence recommend Laguna Niguel flowers and gifts. I come to town often and will be back for sure!
I have used this place multiple times to send my mom flowers. They have always been awesome and my mom has always loved the flowers for Mother's Day and her birthday! They are truly the best to work with and have the best arrangements of flowers! Highly recommend!
I received flowers from this company. When I went it get them from the porch the bouquet was falling apart. I called the manager. He was unprofessional, unapologetic and told me the bouquet was difficult to make and to call tomorrow if it was still an issue. I called the next day asked him to please pick up. He said it was to far. He was rude, and I asked if this is how he ran his business. He said he is successful in many high end hotels. Eventually he hung up on me. The bouquet still sits on my porch. Horrible customer service!
