Dr. Carter was amazing. I was in severe pain when I arrived, but he was very patient and compassionate and assured me that I would feel better soon. And that’s exactly what happened. Thanks to Dr. Carter and his team for such excellent care.
Not sure if I was seen by a doctor or a nurse practitioner. I don’t think any good doctor would have allowed me to leave that facility in the condition I was in. I could barely breathe, and was given no assistance at all. I was told there were issues with x-rays not being available. She told me she didn’t know what to treat me for, it could be a number of things. I have used this facility on several occasions not satisfied at all with my services on yesterday. I ended up going to Stat Care Clinic where I was immediately given a steroid shot and a breathing treatment and diagnosed with pneumonia.
Very prompt, open on a Holiday when most all others were not although I've been here several times anyway. I was treated by both a Nurse and seen by an M.D. not rushed and " compassionate care" is the best phrase to use.
I am glad that I went with my first mind and got a second opinion elsewhere. I went to LAH-Zachary on 8/15/2023 because I was having severe abdominal pains. I was seen by Dr. Carter. He touch my stomach in 3 places & said “you’re stopped up”. He prescribed me a medicine that he said would “flush me out”. I drank the entire bottle within a day and notice no change in my stomach pains. I went to my primary doctor on 8/17/2023. They did an ultrasound and discovered that I actually had gallstones…. Thank God I did not rely on Dr. Carter.
Cut my leg on glass and had a 2 inch gash. Lake after hours about 3 minutes away. They saw me in about 15 minutes, took X-rays and stitched me up. All personnel were kind, professional and knowledgeable.
The staff was excellent. You can tell they are true Hero's by the way they care for each and every patient. They were short staffed and they still should genuine concern for me and my illness.
Faculty was clean. Staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. They also called a few days later to check on me to see how I was doing and to give me my results.
It was not crowded, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. We sat for about 10 min then ushered to the back and seen by the doctor with in 5 min. After an x-ray we were out the door. The experience was great they All were very professional and made us feel seen and heard as they attended to the problem we presented. Will for sure return in future if needed.
Went in a was greeted right away. No long waiting lines. Michelle was very thorough with her questions. Saw the Dr who listens and took prompt step to help with my problem
Great staff. Had my results back in days and provided me with good care. Definitely recommend this location
